After making a mistake on size of item I ordered I emailed customer service and within short time I received response and not only am I getting the right size but receiving the other one too at no charge. They really care about the customer and want the best for you

I have bought a few elastic bras without wires, but all the others weren't comfortable or supportive enough. This one is! I was also pleased to see that my deep v neck tops don't have a bit of this bra showing!

I was able to do a replacement hassle free and I was allowed to donate the item that I couldnt fit

These bras fit well, are supportive, and very comfortable. I like the ability to slip it on over my head and not have to fasten it and worry about my straps falling down.

The order arrived at a decent amount of time. The shapermint is made of great quality and material. The shapermint fit very well

Trying to return an item was very difficult. There was lots of pressure to exchange, and I attempted to return twice, then had to wait for a rep to contact me back. When they did, there was more pressure to exchange. Sizing was also misrepresented, although I said what brand and size bra I wore. Return charged shipping and handling as well- nearly $10. I won't shop here again.

First rate all the way! I accidentally, last minute ordered a wrong size, because I wanted another bra, so I contacted their support line and right away they fixed it!

I have been wearing the the bra on a daily basis. Due to this COVID-19 stay-home guidelines Been home trying to be as comfortable as ever. The bra is essential in every women's collection. I have also been using the tank during these hot days. This tank you could use it with or without a bra. I hate using shirts without a bra because I'm a 40D but this shirt keeps my boobies in its place.

This bra is very high quality and comfortable. Customer service is awesome. I would recommend that you consider ordering up in size.
