Has a new customer I felt very unsupported by the shapermint team and relied totally on atomization messages electronically. There was no other support available. Shaper mint must have a system in place where if a customer needs to verbally speak to someone they can, it would also support the organisation, if this component was in place, at times it was very frustrating not having any one to speak too, about the order I had submitted.
Yet at the same time I had ordered another Item from, Mango In Spain, and spoke 2 times to the Organisation by phone before my product came, I was very pleased with their customer service. But Shapermint never had this in place
I love the feel of the no slip however I think i needs a small body looks the same..
I have a number of Spanx but this shaper is amazing! It seemed like it would be really tight as I was putting it on but it smoothed me but didn't feel the least bit restrictive! I love it!
These are the most comfortable bras ever! They don't roll at the bands and the cups fit perfectly.
I used the size guide. Made my purchase, but it was too small so I gave to my daughter, and bought myself another. Size up!

Problem with inability to wear wire bras. Tried a Shapermint and it was/is the next best thing!
My experience was average. The process was easy. I thought it was weird that I was offered the same bra I had just ordered at a different price (a bit cheaper, if I remember correctly). I did take up the offer. I'm disappointed that the description didn't state that the pads were removable. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought the bras. I don't like the removable pads because they don't stay put and you have to adjust them every time you put the bra on. I suspect the pads will eventually start coming apart even though I air dry them. This has been experience with other bras that have a similar style of pad. The bras are also not as comfortable as the ad claim.

So I ordered 3 more wireless comfort bras, two you just put over your head and one you snap on the back. Fits as expected, the two I got, I should have gotten an XL but a Large fits just fine. Love the feel of the material. It's stretchy fabric makes a lot of difference.
