Had purchased a bra and contacted Shapermint to return it because it was a very bad fit. But associate insisted that they had a better fitting bra for me so decided to give it a try. Bought two about three months ago and wanted two more because of how comfortable but effective they were!
I was told I would receive a refund for shipping and a promotional 10% instead of me just canceling my order. I have yet to receive the refund and it has now been 15 business days. I have had MULTIPLE conversations with Shapermint via live chat and messenger with no help. Only responding with, it was already processed. I've had to contact my bank twice now and have a dispute filed with Shapermint over $11.34 because they blame my bank, it's ridiculous! And saddest part is I'm not even in love of the products I received, the compression is like wearing maternity pants! I wish I could just return everything but it would cost me $30($9.95 per item) to do so for a $60 order, most likely going to just sell on the marketplace and continue to warn others of this experience. All Shapermint had to do was reprocess the refund, but no, apparently it's more convenient to irritate a customer and take the loss of future sales via my review.

I not sure maybe I just order the wrong sizes. I order 2 different sizes and they both rolled down so maybe I need to go way bigger but i went for what they suggested.
