Special offers are given in email subscriptions and they do not transfer to the sales order. At that point (when you look at your order at checkout) your option is to start a chat session with a virtual
Robot and it will go to the 2nd and/ or 3rd robot. They ask info that is not accessible so you have to stop go back write down the order and go through the whole virtual robot process again. This is all via smart phone orders. After begging for a minimum of at least 4 times for what you are emailed the special promo/discount and at least 20 minutes later you want to pull your hair out. Too much frustration and stress. I have brought this issue up before and I would prefer to avoid the sale altogether. Many other sites link their special promos to the sales order so you don't have to beg for it. You need to fix the issue. Other who I know that love your offerings are fed up as well.

I'm neutral on the shapermint I ordered. It is one of the more comfortable shapewear I've worn, it doesn't dig in at the top of the band making it uncomfortable. But after putting it on, I found the material to be very thin. Especially having the nude color, you could see right through it. It was very hard to get on the first time, as another review mentioned- it is extremely small when you take it out of the package. But it did fit. I ordered my size based on what the site told me.
