The site was easy to use, however when processing my exchange the system may have had a glitch. Over all, I liked the idea of the exchange process. I haven't seen that with any other online shopping brand. Super easy overall and way more convenient than waiting for your return then making a new purchase.
I ordered once! Customer service was great. Sizing was off so I returned. Filled out a survey... then another. Now this is the third so I would caution anyone thinking of buying to consider if they want to be bothered with so many surveys!
