I purposefully asked ahead of time about the packaging being discreet and they assured me it would be. Then of course when it came to my office my boss brought it to me in a big pink envelope with the word Shapermint in big letters. I was so embarassed! I contacted the company & they said all they could do was give me 10% off on my next order. What next order? I'll never order from them again! I'm so mad!
I ordered July 7th three tank tops. As of September 7th still owed a tank top but now they send me links to nothing and refuse to actually send me delivery information. I will NEVER recommend this company. BE WARE!

I loved this product but now I'm very disappointed in how i have been treated! I have contacted this company 3 times about my referral credits for purchases they have recieved from my friends! Every contact is different responses and still no resolution! I want to speak to a live a rep but I'm forced to communicate with a computer bot! They have no problem inundated you with emails to get referrals and orders but very poor communication when you have a concern! BUY FOR YOURSELF BUT DON'T REFER ANYONE. THEY GET AMNESIA!

I finally got out of a 8 month ordeal where they were charging me $4.99 a month yet I had no account via only email I use. I tried getting lost password or password reset and they kept saying my email was invalid - yet when I finally got someone to help they find my email just fine…. Beware it's total rip off and I have no idea how it started in the first place

The comfort claims are 100% true. This is probably the first bra I've owned that I don't need to remove as soon as I get home.
As for support, compared to other bras without an underwire I'd say it's above average. It does create a uni-boob effect--there is no separation of the breasts. The lift isn't great either, so if you're big-breasted and want the girls up, you really just need an underwire. I had hoped this would replace my collection of underwire bras, but alas, wishful thinking!
I will order more of them though, because I don't need to be super perky all the time but I sure like being this comfortable.

Not sure what is worse - their customer service or their products, but both are horrible!
Their "customer service" is mostly just a bunch of autoreplies, no option to even get a human to help you.
I asked the customer service for help when it was not clear where is the package and what happened to it, and their reply was "Check yourself and get back to us"! Really?! Who is the customer service here?! Aren't they supposed to check what is the problem and get back to me? And then just a bunch of autoreplies. And when the package arrived it turns out that all that hussle is for nothing. Cuts at the bottom so hard that it will stick through clothes and shapes nothing. Completely useless! Defintely the worst ever!

I normally do not give reviews but after waiting for almost a month to receive my order and still waiting I feel like others need to know. The order shows fulfilled but is sitting at freight carrier for the past three weeks. I can ‘t speak to the quality of their items because I would not know but I can tell you they sent an email saying if I was not happy they offer free exchanges. Well I would have to actually receive the order first before I could exchange it. Crazy right? I feel like they did not even read the email before sending an automated email response. I would never order from Shapermint again because the processing and shipping of my order was extremely slow. That ship time was supposed to be 5 to 10 business days. It has been 12 business days and I can't get a straight answer from the company about when my package will be delivered. I cannot easily find a customer service number and the AI chat bot is a joke.

After waiting 15 days for my order I was sent an order that wasn't even close to mine. They sent me 2 bodysuits in 3XL. I ordered 2 leggings in small and medium and a full body shaper. After contacting customer support (to which there is no phone number you have to messenger or email them), the representative stopped communicating all together. I feel like I was scammed.

I was really impressed with the speed in which my Truekind® Daily Comfort Wireless Shaper Bra arrived (10 days) It fits comfortably. However, It would be great if the straps were adjustable.

I ordered a cami in each color. They all fit, but can be difficult to put on, due to arthritis in my hands. The black cami has a shoulder strap that was sewn backwards at one end but I decided not to return it because it's only a cami, not an evening dress. I do love that, even with my big breasts, I can get away without wearing a bra when I wear the cami because they aren't going to bounce and jiggle when I walk.

I recently had a bad accident in which I broke both shoulders. Wanted to try Shapermint bras to see if they are easier for me to put on. After a trial period I decided that I needed a larger size. So I contacted the company. I had 5 unused bras left. They agreed to send 5 new ones and I did not have to return anything! Excellent customer service!

Answer: This company is a scam. They will not accept returns, issue no refunds leaving you with a product you don't want and can't use. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
