Great quality, 2 items didn't fit quite as I hoped and am working with Customer Support to return/refund/exchange those 2 but I found my new favorite shapewear item which I'm ordering more of now!

I have ordered a waist cincher, a high waisted shaping panty, and an Airslim Underwire pushup bra, and I am very satisfied with the way they make me look. I have recommended many friends and family members

I bought two different types and one is more shapely than the other because it has more intricate closures but I look pretty good! I'm 63 inches 212 lbs and 32 in waist and I wear between 12-14 (Levi's for example)

Purchased items b1g1. I needed shalwar for an event. It took nearly a month to arrive and they arrived separately on different days. When I inquired on live chat, the lady came off as dismissive and rude. She resent the order claiming it was lost, but my tracking said it never left the warehouse. She then ended the convo, no apology, nothing. The items were of good quality though, although their sizing is definitely smaller than other brands I've purchased shapewear from. I ordered a medium, which is my size in maiden form, but prob need more like an xl in shaplex.

I'm very nervous ordering because the first time my package was lost, and the second time I was only lucky enough to find it left unattended in the lobby. I provided my apartment number, so I really wish the carrier would deliver the package directly to my door. I would also prefer delivery through UPS or FedEx to avoid these issues in the future.

I give it a rating of 3 because it took so long to come. I'm hoping that this time around it will come here in a timely manner being that I paid for rush delivery.

The products run so big. I bought 3 different one. They were supposed to be my size but there were no snatches going on around my waist. I feel like the material didn't have enough support around the waist. I ended up giving all 3 of them away because I hate dealing with returning items if the company is not around.

My only set back... is I've only wore them twice, and I got a snag. How do I exchange? I really love these shapers, they are comfortable.

Bought the shaper jumper with corset built-in. Not only did it accentuate bulges instead of smoothing out, but the bra cups couldn't even reach my chest. It fit like a wrestler suit.

Liked the quality and design of the product; however, unfortunately, the size is too large for me, and it doesn't provide the fit I was expecting. Because of this, I would like to return the item.

I would appreciate your guidance on the return process.

I have several pieces and have never been disappointed. I keep ordering new pieces because I am losing weight and regardless of how I feel in my body, I look good with my Shapellx on.

Better fit, feel, and comfort than "brand name" bridal stores! Good and reliable information for sizing, especially if between sizes.

Social media/content creator reviews on this product seem to be overly emphasized on its greatness. It is nice, but it's a standard shaper. I believe I got it in sane but the original price I likely wouldn't pay for. The material is comfortably and not suffocating. Smooths out curves but doesn't give the hour glass figure I was hoping for. I did however order another product from shapellx, I'm hoping it does what I'm wanting it to do - that's to give enough compression in the midsection to create the hourly glass figure. We'll see!

I have tried different shapewear in my lifetime but none as comfortable as this. I recently went through weightloss surgery and shedded weight kike crazy. I found that this shapewear has helped me get my hourglass figure and compresses my body in just the rught places. I keep coming back for more!. I recommend this 100%

Good experience with purchase Garnet was exactly as advertised. I have not needed to wear quite yet, but looking forward to the new purchase of the bra that I will use daily.

I ordered a bra and it didn't fit but I ordered a bigger size and it still was too small and I ordered a body shaper for a wedding only for it not to fit either

I haven't tried everything on yet but I tried on the bra and it feels good, but I want to know what happened to my free bra buy one get one free

I love the way that I look and feel in my clothes again. Looking forward to getting back in the gym but until then I'll continue to support you all. To any woman out there feeling bad about the way you look in your clothes. Invest! I was in a fatal car accident that killed my fiance. Had so much happen to me that I had to be put on so many different medications that has put weight on me. But im trying to get my life back in order. In due time. You guys are great
