Your size chart is way off. Shipping got messed up by FedEx. And I'm waiting on a exchange labeled

UPDATE 8/11/21:
So customer service reached out to me after reading my review stating want to fix the problem and is currently offering to send me the correct size. IF I receive a new I will come back with an another review

Originally my order got mixed up but they were very nice about it and got me exactly what I needed

I had an issue with ordering initially, but the customer team stepped in and took above and beyond measures to resolve the issue in a very timely fashion. I'll update with more when the product comes in, but so far my experience has been amazing with this company.

Good customer service and good quality product, true to size of the product

So far so good. I will see how long it takes to get here and see if it is what it says it is. I have gotten jipped before so I am a little skeptical.

This is my second order and like the first order it was delivered promptly and it was reasonably priced. I unfortunately purchased the wrong size. Didn't return it, cus I had tried it on already.

Very fast processing and shipping, but size scale on site is off. Was not able to fit garment.

Love the shopping site and love the fit of my shaper.

Found what i was looking for fast and quick. It was fine.

I enjoy the introduction of the lady showing how they shake their fists especially because it's her natural body and she's showing the average female what their body will look like inside of the shape you are and I'm praying that it is true to size as she stated

I all most gave up on finding a shape wear that live up to what it say about there product. This is the real thing. My sister put me on to this. When I tried to on for the first time I didn't want to take it off. So Ii just purchase 2 more shape wear in different style.

The process was simple, easy, and quick. I would recommend this to anyone.

Got largest size and it did not fit. Thought the largest would fit which was a 6x. I wear 3x usually.

Ok had a hard time at first but was better once I got it
