My first package was stolen because the carrier just left it out in the open at our apt mailboxes. I would have received that package almost a week in advance for the event I needed the shapewear for. They reshippped the item and I asked could I get express delivery since the carrier lost the package and I needed the product for that weekend. They stated I would get it in time because they upgraded to express shipping and I would receive the tracking in about 3-5 days. I'm glad I went ahead and ordered the same thing again and paid for express shipping because my order arrived a day before my event and I was able to wear it. The one they reshippped to me arrived after my event and I would have been disappointed. I will be returning the item.

I received my hip/butt shapewear and immediately tried it on with two of my bodycon dresses— big success! I love how seamless the shapewear laid and how confident it made me feel.

The shipping was fast. The fit was even better. I hate wearing form fitting clothing because of by stomach. Let me tell you, this shapewear highlighted my curves and flattened my stomach. There was no evidence of a shapewear insight. I will definitely be ordering another. It's true to size, so order according to you measurements.

I love how the shapewear cinches my waist and is somewhat comfortable to wear with nothing or just by itself. I say somewhat because I don't usually wear any shapewear and it's something I had to get used to. But it's breathable and I've worn it with and without clothes at home and saw a difference from the first wear.

I don't use shapewear much these days but needed some for a costume. I ordered hoping it would just be good enough for a night but it's so comfortable and effective i can't wait to wear it for special occasions. I grew up with hosiery and corsets so this is quite a nice improvement. Would recommend 👏🏼

I love this jumpsuit so much, good fabric but the size I ordered was small for me. When I requested for an exchange the customer service was fast and reliable

The material is good, breathable and worth the price. Tough time getting it on, but it doesn't look like it's going to tear any time soon.

I was on the Wacoal bra site looking for a front close bra. I found one and when I ordered the brae the Shapellx name came up. I thought that was part of Wacoal. I also was charged $20.00 for a surprise gift. I have been wearing Wacoal braes for many years and ordered my brae size. When my brae arrived I laundered it on delicate and cold water and air dried. The brae is too big in some parts and too tight in other parts. My surprise gift is a size XS stretch slack like pants. They remind me of slack liner underwear. I have come to realize that your company is not connected to Wacoal. I feel like this is Bait and switch.

I sincerely wanted to try Shapellx, I ordered two items which were both too small. I returned one for exchange for a larger size, but return item was the same size as the the one that was too small. Now, I'm stuck with two of items that are too small.

This is ordered petite but still had to have it shortened. This is a beautiful outfit. Fits like a glove and great for holiday events.

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an exchange process that has now extended for nearly two months without resolution. What should have been a simple transaction has turned into a prolonged and confusing ordeal due to inconsistent information provided by multiple representatives.
After receiving conflicting guidance, I took the time to write a detailed four-paragraph email outlining my experience and clearly stating what I was trying to accomplish. I complied with all requested steps—returning the items at my own expense, providing photos, receipts, and product details. I was then assured that the correct product would be sent.
However, upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to find the exact same incorrect items I had just returned. This is not only disappointing but entirely unacceptable. I am now back to chasing responses via email, which is exhausting and inefficient.
I have been a loyal customer for over a year, placing orders through two different accounts. But this experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing with your company. If resolving a simple issue requires this level of effort and time, I cannot justify the mental bandwidth it demands.
I am requesting immediate and definitive action to resolve this matter. Please escalate this to the appropriate team and ensure that the correct product is sent without further delay.

The products are fantastic. The only thing preventing me from ordering more is the constant hounding me via email to acknowledge that I received it and post a review.

The item I bought was too large so I wanted to return it. Customer service offered me to keep the item and give me a gift card for the same amount.

I have used other shapewear that was much cheaper and of course it would roll or just not meet my expectations. I seen the reviews and went off the chart to get my size in hopes this shapewear would work perfectly with my dress on my upcoming dress. Unfortunately, it does exactly what the other shapewear does that was 3-4x cheaper. Doesn't hold up/rolls down and that is a little disappointing as it wasn't cheap. :( I will say shipping was fairly quick and I appreciate that!

Ordered 3 items. Received 2, because the other wasn't in stock.
L should have been informed at time of purchase. Options were to change colors, take $20 credit or wait. I waited.
The products are good quality, but don't do for me what they do for the models in the ads who have clearly had work done. They work, but they don't work miracles.
