Bought a generator, the carburettor was sheered off and broken part not in box. As we had it delivered to Ireland we asked if they would pay for the repair as it was much cheaper than collecting it for repair. They sent the part out to us, my husband is a disabled pensioner and neither of us felt we could do the repair ourselves. We are now left with further costs to have it professionally repaired. I can not recommend this company to anyone.

Great jack. Bought to swap my winter wheels onto car and for general maintenance got axle stands. SGS seemed like they made better quality stuff than most of the only slightly cheaper other manufacturers. Very impressed with it, feels very solid and easily lifts my Forester high enough to change wheels and like the fact that it's made just down the road in Derby. Would recommend to anyone looking for a well build jack, cheers.
