The first lead was someone who bought a house a month prior to me joining 6 weeks ago the others had not ever expressed a desire to sell/buy anything. Buyer said she remembered being cold call by someone but never said she wanted to buy anything. In general what they provide are expired listing and cold I mean really cold leads. Also there customer service departments does not respond to service requests. Black hole for your money.
You would think after 37 years in the Real Estate business I would be smart enough to stop throwing away my money on companies that don't deliver what you paid them for. NOPE! I DID IT AGAIN. We all need to band together and get the word out in your area to stay away from the company. Promised 100 leads in 1 year, 3 months in and only 4 junk leads. If you see a positive review it mush be a mistake. Check out the BBB and you will see 173 claims in the last 3 years. I put a system wide message to all of the agents in my area.

Stay away from this place. They asked for huge amount of up front money telling me that they had people waiting in line for an agent in my county and that I would be the only agent in the area. I have yet to receive a legit lead and they have no leads whatsoever in my area. They tried to send me some leads with no contact info that they pulled up from somewhere? To top it all off, after a couple of weeks, they brought in more realtors to my area. They refuse to refund my money saying it is unrefundable. I am thinking they just wanted somebody to foot their
Advertising bills. Been 2 months and not one legit lead. Avoid like the plague!

Set Schedule claims they supply you with verified and "washed" leads in the area you service. I have been on the program for 4 months, And have yet to get any real leads that are in my area. Most leads are not real but from curiosity lookers. Emails are no good, Phone numbers called and they have no idea why you are Calling them. When complaining to Set Schedule of this all they do is respond they will make adjustments, but none ever happen. When I asked to end the program I was referred to the contract WHICH SAYS IF YOU BUY INTO THIS PROGRAM YOU CAN NOT CANCEL! They do send you leads but they are useless, they say, build your pipeline and stay in touch. I have been in business almost 20 years and you can not build a pipeline if the pipeline is filled with air.

Leads are garbage, so called confirmed appointments are not true. Customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Good luck trying to get a billing issue resolved. The billing dept must be in a cave with no power or telephones because apparently no one has a number for them. Don't waste your money or sanity on SetSchedule.

Not what they said they were. Charge you a lot of money and you get nothing in return. They don't call you back if you question anything. They don't hold to their scheduled times for calls. Just nothing. They don't respond to emails. Then, they want your database so they can charge you 20% for getting you a listing. Nope. Not happening. I'm done.

Not only is this a scam MOST OF THE 5 star reviews are too! Let me see closes from true 5 star reviews with original lead. They can't do it because it is not real. Ask to talk with the title company or attorneys that closed these deals, they give some bs run around. As to speak With the leads and realtor brokers NOTHING! Just crickets... but they will stop calling if you ask questions like this. The was to close you, not help you with real leads, you want business start networking or go door knocking!

Still here, no results. If you can, read their reply. They can't find me, yet I continue to try and speak with them and log onto the site, still nothing but they refuse to call or email me. How odd is that? Both calls they were to call me on, did not happen, one is still late the other was a no show. June 30,2020, still no one calls when I request a call. My rep. Does nothing, no leads in weeks and weeks. Unbelievably bad company. They have my email, my office phone, my cell phone, yet the do nothing, don't contact me, but send me an email via this review site that does not have my email and they say they are willing to help, but do not contact. Just went through another 3 weeks of nothing, no leads, no communication, call several managers, zero response. I had their own people call the managers, still nothing. There people that are to help with the leads, don't return calls, don't return emails and when it conference time are late or have someone else call. AND NO LEADS IN ABOUT 5 WEEKS NOW. THEIR LEADS ARE INTERNET TROLLS. THEY LOVE TO TEXT AND SEND GENERIC EMAILS THAT DO NOTHING... UNBELIEVABLE.

They got mad at me when I complained that I wasn't getting any leads. So then they started giving me a bunch of rental leads. And I called them again and they said well it's just really slow right now. I just got an email from them wanting me to sign up. They don't even know that I'm already signed. Do not go with them.

Personally, I love the referral radar. I think that the ability to trace multiple sources of leads and bid on the leads on the go it's pretty cool.

Most if not all leads dont have incorrect contact info... Same lead with different last names... Highly disappointed in this service

I have been with them for a year and not one lead ever turned into a client. Most leads had no idea how I got their information. I think they buy old leads that no one wants and sells them to us. I was also automatically charged for another year without my permission and they said I can only talk to their legal department. I have tried several times and no one has ever gotten back to me. This company is deceptive and Do Not Recommend using them.

Failed To Fulfill Their Promises
SetSchedule promises nine (9) listing appointments in a year for $1,800, but I received only one (1).
They also provide "exclusive" Buyer or Seller Leads - some free, others you have to purchase. Almost every person I called had already been called by many other agents and was angry.
I signed up for only one year and called them to tell them I would not renew. The result? They charged me $1,841 for an "automatic renewal" for another year. And they gave me the run around when I wanted to cancel.
I filed a complaint with my bank and they are looking into this.

2-3 years ago, I signed up at $1700 and a % of all commissions. I was getting leads on people that had died a year prior to the lead coming in as a "new" lead. Needless to say, I did not renew. The leads were terrible, and the customer service just as bad.
I am now getting contacted by them non stop, telling me that it is much better than before, and will offer a discount based on the experience from a few years ago. I've repeatedly asked to be removed from their system, yet like clockwork, every 2 weeks, it's a different con artist on a different line.
If you are an agent looking to up your lead generation, this is not the company for you. I have done lead gen with the vast majority of companies that do it. And while they all have their problems, SETSCHEDULE is by far the worst.
Don't waste your money and time, any option is the better option.

I was told I would get 100 leads right away and then an additional 50 leads each following month. I have been signed up for 2 months and have 85 leads. Where are the other 65 leads? I have requested them to increase the lead volume for a month now and all I get is empty promises. I requested a manager call me and nothing. I would not recommend this company. They are disorganized and don't follow through with the promised leads once they take your upfront fee. 100% UNSATISFIED! I was also told I would get scheduled appointment leads. I have received 1 of those type of leads in 2 months and it wasn't even a real seller. He sold the home 6 years ago!

I haven't had many problems, when when I have my agent has been friendly and responsive and I have always been satisfied with her solutions. My experience has been very positive and I would gladly rent from Set Schedule again

My husband and I have been spending somewhere around four months looking for our next lead generation strategy, after much hesitation we give this company a shot and I am delighted to say that it was a great decision. I am not going to represent that it is for everybody but I definitely recommend it to agents that are looking to stay in the business and work full-time on online lead generation. Let's face it, online leads require work and I highly recommend you to have a good technology in place before you start to take leads.

Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
