I have used this software for close to 5 years and it's still simply the best in the industry for my needs. There are plenty of scheduling solutions out there but this platform is easy and flexible and consistent. I have never had a problem with implementation and the setschedule customer rep are SO accessible that even if I did, they would be right on a solution. They are constantly adding value for the user and this value translates into satisfaction in our client's experience. Value for the cost is the best perk. You would be hard-pressed to find another product that does as much for as little. I am so so happy that service.

Believe the bad reviews

After taking the slick salesman's call I looked at reviews. I was silly to believe his pitch that "things have changed", which turns out not to be the case. After months of getting bogus "Verified Leads" for trailer house buyers (Florida Realtors are not allowed by law to sell trailer houses) and people that had no idea why I was calling and had no interest in buying a home, I'm giving up hope of recouping any benefit for my $1,6000 investment. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

So Easy to Use

Very easy to use at setschedule services. I have tried other platforms, also spending a lot of money on assessment. Some of them have too high prices, others don't seem to listen to the request for new features, still others the support is slow to respond. In all the cases I tried something was missing But setschedule nothing is missing and the costs are very affordable. I am so happy to using their services

I had two separate appointments they scheduled with me that they first didn't keep and second was very late for. Then their rep just thought it was a laughing matter! Any company with the name "setschedule" should never miss or be late for their own presentation! I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone!

Buyer beware
August 22, 2020

Leads are old/outdated. Terrible experience. Some leads have already sold before coming available in this system. Had different team members work the leads to try to get different results and same thing. Seems like old leads being resold. My opinion, invest elsewhere for a quality lead service. In addition, I have tried to cancel multiple times and well before my term was up. I was told they would call back before the renewal and that is when i could do it. They never called back and I was charged another $1700. I spoke with a manager who was then supposed to call me back and didn't and now they say that cancelling the account is not an option. Not sure how to stop this company from charging my card at this point. Yuck

Over 20 years in the business -- all of the leads I have received have been below par to say the least. The "Team" sends out the same generic response when you are dissatisfied with your leads. No follow thru --
Light your money on fire before falling for their line of BS -- at least you can stay warm

Absolutely a waste of hard-earned money (money you earned elsewhere)
And they will NOT acknowledge their failure even when confronted with the facts.
I'm not knee deep in with this crowd and thank God I'm not... What is truly worse is faced with true life FACTS, they are still in denial. AND THEY ARE UNWILLING TO ADMIT THEIR FAILURE.

Customer service is horrible. After 4 months I finally go to talk to someone. Then the conversation went from bad to worst. He could not tell me about my territory because he did California. Leads will not go automatically into my crm and since I could never get anyone to talk to me, I could not figure out how to do it. The leads I called were all really bad. Either bad number, no answer, or if I connected, they did not want to buy.

I have talked with people at SetSchedule time and time again about the aging leads, most of whom I find have already purchased months ago or have absolutely no interest in purchasing or selling a home. I have no idea where they are digging these up, but I'm extremely dissatisfied. Additionally, I have talked with customer service about the very limited use of the website. There is really no efficient way to track anything. You have to go into each lead one at a time to see what notes you have, and there is no way to sort by anything. Finally, I have become frustrated and told SetSchedule to cancel my Auto Renewal, which will occur in October 2020. They have literally TURNED OFF all leads on my Dashboard, essentially cutting me off a month ago when I told them I will not renew. This is criminal, and I now plan to figure out how I can take legal action.

THEY ARE THIEVES, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND BLOCK MY BAGE, THEY PROVIDE BAD LEADS EITHER WRONG PHONE NUMBER, NOT EXIST EMAIL ADDRESSES OR PEOPLE THEY DONT LIKE TO BUY OR SELL HOMES. MOSTLY SET SCHEDULE ARE FAKE, MONEY SUCKERS, AND THIEVES. THEY NEED TO DO CONTRACT WITH AGENT AND GIVE THEM THEIR BACK.
DO NOT WORRY YOU WILL HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER YOU SHORTLY WITH COLD BLOOD DULL FACE AND IRRITATING CONVERSATIONS.

MY RECOMMENDATION TO ALL REAL ESTATE AGENTS NEVER THINK ABOUT SET SCHEDULE, DO OTHER THINGS WITH YOUR MONEY OTHER THAN DEAL WITH SET SCHEDULE.

Do not use!

Set schedule appeared to be a good opportunity with all of their promises from the start. Unfortunately, the promises have been empty. All of the leads are from sources that push leads but are of the absolute worst quality. When I explained this to my account rep, he said yes I am sorry, we are trying to open up more sources in that market for you. Then he explained he would push for more facebook, realtor.com. Leads and set phone appointments. Well, every lead I call is usually upset that numerous agents have called them and they are not sure how we got their info:-( On top of that, I did get one pre set phone appointment which I was excited to get because I thought, finally something worth working. Well, it turned out to be a couple who was absolutely bewildered why I called and said they did not set any appointment.
Now here is another rub, I have emailed and called numerous times my account rep and no return call or email except pre set emails saying schedule my monthly support call. Well, I've done that and guess what, They did not meet the appointment both times as I rushed home to make the call and make sense of why they would promise so much and deliver nothing. I am not saying any of this out of spite. It is absolutely true. I am completely shocked Set Schedule remains in business.

Waste of money

Your better off buying zillow or realtor.com leads. These are not quality leads, most are not even in the market.

I received 6 "leads" in the first 4 months. 3 had fake address or phone number, 2 had no idea why I would call them and were not happy about the call and 1 had no intention of selling anytime in the foreseeable future. The monthly call with the company rep seems to have the same word track every time. "We'll have our team get right on this" and "you should have results soon". Just smells like baloney. Probably getting close to small claims court time. They have great excuses, but can't deliver.

Not good at all!

I'm very disappointed, they sent you bad leads, stay away from this company, you will waist your time and money! I pay $2,000 dll, they were suppose to sent me leads and any works, I dont think their leads came from people looking real estate. STAY AWAY THEIR PRESENTATION IS AMAZING YOU WILL BELIEVE THEM BUT DONT.
