Good service, easy to use but bit too heavy on the hard sell when ordering. I wanted to order flowers but pressure to buy chocolates, vase, teddy bear.

Great service, beautiful flowers and fast delivery and great at providing information on delivery etc. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

As usual, you have not let me down with the orders I have given to you and flowers have always arrived fresh.
I did make one mistake by not jotting down the code to allow me a £10 discount so lost out this time around.

Ordered a bouquet for my cousins 80th birthday, she was delighted with the flowers, they were beautiful, I will certainly use Serenata again.

Flowers arrived next day, good quality flowers for the price, however I ordered a Happy Birthday balloon and they sent an I Love You balloon instead.

Hi there flowers arrived on time but were the wrong flowers than I ordered. Specifically I wanted the Aztec Sun and a bunch of roses arrived instead. Never mind my daughter seemed happy,

Ordered what they call a grandissmo or huge in English basket of flowers which says on website 32 stems, only 24 stems and other bits. Not worth 39.99. Customer service rubbish. Told nothing they can do about it. Never again

I had not used Serenata Flowers and found them online. They were able to deliver on the same day through their agent in Italy which was essential because the funeral was the next day. The flowers received compliments from the recipient. Their prices were competitive.

I needed to send flowers to my cousin overseas in England. The process was simple, the delivery was on time, and she tells me they are "lovely". Would do it all again with no hesitation. The reason for only four stars is that it did not take my Visa card even tho site said it did. Had to pull out the rusty Master Card!--- that went thru with no problem.

Delivery was prompt correct and the delivery person had time to help Mum get the flowers into her kitchen thank you.

Delivered of a dozen red roses Thursday 26th October. Flowers looked blown and despite carrying out all the instructions and keeping them cool, now after 2 days they are in very poor condition. This was for our anniversary and am bitterly disappointed with the quality of these flowers. Will not use Serenata again.

I didn't see the flowers but the recipient in Bradford seems to be very happy.
Delivery was on time and accurate.
