I was able to order flowers on a Sunday for next day delivery on a Monday. I was informed by email when the flowers had been delivered and my sister-in-law sent me a photo of them and they are lovely. Very fresh and pretty.
The flowers were for my friend she posted a photo on FB and they were gorgeous she was really delighted with them so thank you.
I have used this company many times now to send flowers to friends and would reccommend them to anyone wanting a safe reliable delivery and its free too
The ordering process was straightforward with a good selection of flowers available. I wasnt interested in any of the extras.
Delivery was on time so no problem there.
Cant comment on the quality as the flowers were delivered 100miles away but no complaints from the recipient.
This is the first time ive used this site I got a phone call from my aunt in Birmingham and she says the flowers are beautiful it was there golden wedding so thank you
I ordered a spray of roses to be delivered to a friends funeral which was taking place fairly early on Monday morning. The advice from the funeral director was to have them delivered to them.
Following the advice on the Serenata Flowers website, I arranged delivery for the day before, ie the Sunday. I received an email to say that the flowers were being delivered on the Sunday but then received another one on Monday to say they had been delivered.
When I checked with people at the funeral, our flowers had not arrived by the time they left at 1:30pm - two hours after the funeral had taken place.
Total waste of my money and an upsetting experience as it made it look as though I didnt care enough about my friend to send flowers.
Next time I need to send flowers I will simply get on the phone to a florist local to where they need to be delivered.
Apparently plant really lovely. However box was left by electric gates at top of long drive. Only had to press button by Braeburn House and the Gates would have been opened and vehicle could have driven to house. Luckily someone noticed the box and brought it down.
Chauffeur left flowers on the doorstep.

Requested delivery was ' knock hard on door' i. E. wait for response BUT knock on door occurred and the item left on doorstep unattended when it shouldn't have been.
Very disappointed. Flowers arrived on time but certainly not as the website suggested. Very sparse. Definitely not value for money. Tried to contact customer services and sent pictures to illustrate non value for money and not as advertised. Gave them opportunity to rectify situation but still no response. Will definitely not use them again and suggest others do with extreme caution.
I ordered flowers for a member of staff at work, easy to use the online, flowers arrived at the time that was arranged and the flowers were as lovely as the website showed.
Defiently use the site again.
The flowers looked beautiful on the web site when they arrived for my mums 70th birthday they were such a disappointment. I contacted customer service 5 times and not once was any empathy shown nor a resolution offered. I will never use this company again and would urge you to consider other options before shopping with them.
Ordered on line. Flowers arrived in the time span & were absolutely beautiful.

Sent the "scented sunshine" arrangement to an elderly friend for her birthday. She was thrilled as it contained freesias which are her favourite & sunshine yellow roses. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.
Ordered a grandissimo bouquet for a special occasion but the display was very sparse - it looked like a few twigs with flowers on them. Also ordered a vase which was shattered on arrival. Would not recommend this company on this evidence.

You can't do delivery flowers in the cardboard box the card was very wet chocolate box was destroyed
So disappointed that the flowers arrived without gift card.
Used the service as I live outside the uk and I was unable to deliver a personal bouquet on my daughter's birthday. She had no knowledge of who the boquet was from. Totally lost the impact of my surprise
