This is the second time I've used Serenata flowers, I ordered two lots of flowers for delivery to different parts of the UK. Both lots arrived on the day specified and both lots were beautiful. Ordering from Australia I don't know what is going to be delivered, however I saw photos and I was very happy with the quality of the flowers. I will be using the service again.
Flowers arrived at 7.45am by a happy chauffeur. Gorgeous bunch of flowers. First time i have used this company it wont be the last.

Arrived on time, but a bit disappointed very nice flowers but the bunch a bit small. Could have purchased a much larger bunch at most supermarkets for the same price.

I've used Serenata before and the recipients were happy with the flowers.
On this occasion I placed the order on the Tuesday and they were delivered the next day. My friend said they were fresh looking. The only small gripe I have is that I asked for them to be left with a neighbour but they were left in my friend's porch instead.
Flowers Where Nice, Shame you can track them. It says you can on the web site,
But you can't just give out a standard message.
I cannot fault Serenata Flowers for their service, and ordering was so easy. The arrangement of flowers was for my daughter's birthday. It looked beautiful on the website but when it arrived we were so disappointed; some of the flowers were dead and most of the others were wilting. We thought that with some watering and 'dead heading' they would pick up but sadly that wasn't the case. Two days later they were all dead. I emailed the company and uploaded a photo of the flowers and straight away without questioning or quibbling they refunded my money for which I am very grateful. It's such a shame because it would have been a lovely arrangement had the flowers been alive.

The family in Australia sent flowers to another family member in the UK to arrive on the day of her 70th birthday. The order was placed a week before and the address verified on Serenatas web site. The flowers were not delivered until two days after the requested date. The driver failed to deliver the flowers on the requested day and did not leave a card. Despite GPS etc he could not find the house! In the past deliveries from other companies have been successful. The company was responsive but clearly has no control or quality control over its local distributors.
Easy to order. Fresh flowers delivered the next day, as promised. Great if you suddenly remember someones birthday and don't have time to organise anything.

Website looked good and easy. Ordered Saturday afternoon and the flowers were delivered Sunday. Fast delivery, and I was kept up to date on the whole proces. The flowers were Good protected in a box during transport. The flowers looked like the picture I chose from and were even more Beautiful than I expected. Will use Serenata again without a doubt.
