Second time i have used Serenata, wont be using anyone else anymore. Quick, easy to use service and lovely bouquets recieved
I order 2 Bouquets for my team members who had worked extremely hard to put on event on. The flowers were to be delivered to the Hotel and at 8 pm I was still asking the reception to find them. When they did eventually arrive the quality was appalling, they looked nothing like the photo on the web site. I will not be using the service again I would rather go to a Supermarket.
I ordered for my daughter who was a nominee for the biggest ceremony in Scotland.
Thought they hadnt been delivered but had been and she and her father and I were delighted. Thank you so much serenata for great service.

Im totally disgusted with the quality of the flowers that were delivered to my niece on the birth of her first child, Im so glad she sent me a photo, they were not as stipulated on my order, no red rose or thistles, just a cheap bunch of flowers, which I could have got in Tesco for £1-99, instead of the over inflated price I paid. I have used this company many times, but this will certainly be the last. Its the first time Ive received a photo of. The flowers. To say Im embarrassed is an understatement.
I had a lot of trouble placing the order as wrong address registered on the computer and there was absolutely no way to correct that. However, as it was crucial that flowers be delivered two days later, I placed the order and immediately contacted customer service. They responded right away and quickly corrected the problem. The flowers were beautiful and delivered exactly as ordered. This was not the first time we used Serenata and we were always happy with the service. Will order from them again.

We live in South Wales and wanted to give flowers to a relative who's just had an operation. We were delighted to find Serenata flowers on line and as a result she had her flowers and was really pleased. Easy to order with pictures to help us choose. They were delivered the day after we ordered. All round an excellent service
I ordered flowers from Serenata to be delivered to my son and his fiance as a gift. The service was first class. The delivery was made when it was promised, the delivery driver was polite and professional. The feedback from my son was that the flowers were beautiful, if anything better than I had anticipated. I will certainly use Serenata Flowers in the future.

Advertises next day delivery in Scotland, but actually in rural areas it is two days, and then it doesn't always make that either.

Ordered the larger Twilight bouquet from the Sympathy range from Serenata for following day delivery. Arrived next day via one of their couriers as they guaranteed. Order tracked and emailed through the process. Feedback from my aunt was wonderful, Beautiful bouquet!

Flowers were delivered on the day and as requested. Regular delivery updates which were helpful. Improvements can be made to allow customers to track the actual delivery driver as at one point I basically had to stall the missus so she wouldn't miss them!
