Have used this service before and it could not be easier or more efficient. Next day delivery that is free cannot be rivalled. Have never seen the flowers as they have gone half way up the country but recipient is always pleased! Give them a try definitely!
Although I didnt see the flowers delivered to a friend who needed cheering up, she was delighted with them. Service was excellent and I was kept informed of tracking and delivery every step of the way.

By all accounts DPD registered a fair delivery to the hospital. So contacted customer services and arranged alternative address. I then received an e mail saying delivery was successful at Hospital? I then find out the delivery was sent Saturday not Sunday as requested.
The flowers were not a pictured and not very healthy. Will not use again
A friend was in need of cheering up as she lives in the UK and I don't it's hard to cheer up a friend from a distance. You made it easy good communication when it was delivered thank you!

I am extremely pleased with the Peace bouquet I ordered for my friend last week. I ordered online on Friday afternoon and the delivery was received early afternoon on Saturday, fantastic service. The flowers were an accurate representation of the picture I had seen online and were of excellent quality and arranged beautifully. The packaging was intact and all of the flowers were unbroken or damaged ( a problem I have encountered with other online flower delivery services).
All in all I would recommend Serenta flowers to anyone, my experience was definitely a positive one.
The service was efficient nand kept me updated all the way. My wife liked the flowers although they didn't fit the pot supplied.

Flowers are very good. Size description seems quite over exaggerated. The biggest option is what i would describe as an just over average bunch especially for the cost.
The cards are a folded printed a4 page not a small flower card so be aware. A better description is needed so I could have avoided payıng 2.99 for something not in keeping with the style I was after.
Delivery is prompt and flowers arrive safe in the box.
Great flowers, simple order process, speedy delivery. Just small touches are a little basic if the small things matter and you have a traditional view of flower delivery for a romantic gesture.

Sent 12 roses to my partner but when they arrived the outer petals were brown and falling off. After complaining to serenta they emailed about the use of gaurd petals for transport. As myself and my partner were unaware of what gaurd petals were. We googled it and discovered what to do. When sending flowers like this just a little bit of literature regarding gaurd petals would have avoided any problems. The flowers are fine now but initial disappointment could've been avoided.

I initially came across Serenata Flowers when a friend had some flowers delivered to me. The flowers were beautifully arranged and lasted for ages! For the past 5 years I have ordered flowers for many occasions and have ONLY used Serenatas service.
