Ordered from USA for delivery in UK and it couldn't have been easier. Great flowers delivered as requested and beautiful arrangement with lots of status messages so that I always knew exactly what was going on from dispatch notification to delivery confirmation. I will certainly use this service again.

Very impressed with the service. My daughter loved the flowers, which were delivered speedily. Will definitely use Serenata Flowers again.

Flowers not delivered until 9:49 pm and left on office step overnight in -1 degrees temperature. Flowers more or less dead by morning. Shocking customer services and blocked me when I tried to raise concerns on twitter. Shocking company that I will never use again. Avoid! Flowers nothing like the photo either.

My flowers were supposed to be delivered Tuesday it is now Thursday! Awful service, stay away and now trying to get a full refund.

I ordered the bucket containing a rose bush which once arrived was lovely, however it was ordered to arrive on Saturday and I received an email on Sunday saying it had been sent to the wrong depot.
Despite an immediate response they were unable to deliver until Monday.

Flowers arrived on time. I had a text to say what time they were arriving and my mum loved them. Very good value for money. I would deffinatly recommend them.

Have used Serenata Flowers twice now and, speak as you find, both times the flowers, apparently, were much admired and delivered as promised. Tracking works so I knew when delivery had taken place.

I ordered the flowers for someone whose husband had recently died. I did not see the bouquet myself, but the recipient was delighted with it and it seemed to be exactly what I had ordered. I will use this company again.

I paid extra for a vase which on delivery was broken, th3 recipient told the yodel courier & he carried on walking off. Communication was good offered to refund the vase money but it was the principle the vase was to set off the arrangement. After much tooing & froing they agreed to send another bouquet with vase. Great, thus courier left it behind the car - no card -no knock at the door nothing DO NOT USE, USELESS

Very easy to use process in ordering the flowers and great service for delivery. Kept informed of progress, via email, and confirmation once the flowers had been delivered.
Delivery courier was very nice when delivering too

The birthday flowers were never recived. Delivery promised two days. Have had a very bad experience. Never use them again.

Bought the blue dendribium delux bouquet for my mother in laws birthday - the flowers are truly stunning. Delivery was exceptional, received txt when flowers were on route and also once delivered. This was my first time using serenata flowers but will now be my go to flower shop.

Communication excellent... family were out when flowers deliver... no card put through door to say had been left at side of house... flowers very sparse... not very happy would not use again

I didn't see the flowers, so can't comment, but the service was excellent - ordered at 11am and delivered by 2pm, and kept informed along the way as there was a tight window to deliver in!

Very fast efficient service. Completely satisfied. Flowers arrived on time and look beautiful. Tracking service very helpful. Will definitely be ordering again.

Flowers were never delivered, despite a delivery confirmation email, which is extremely disappointing. I will not be using this service in future.
