I ordered a flower bouquet for a friends' 40th birthday. She said it looks pretty. It was delivered end of the day and was left at door step. It would have stayed there over night if I wanted to surprise her... LEAVE AT DOORSTEP was the instruction I left for delivery, I hope you can add an option to instruct knocking the door first, then do whatever (leave in the shed/ at the back/ at the door step). I thought it is common sense to follow the instruction if there is no one in...
Flowers delivered 2 days ago and saw them for the first time today. Lilies great but roses brown on the edges which was somewhat disappointing. This was an important delivery but not one that was anything like as good as any of the previous orders. Sad as this was for my daughter who had just given birth.
I ordered flowers and a balloon for my anniversary on 30th november. When i got home from work at 5pm they still hadnt arrived so i hsd to contact on facebook. I got told that they would check with courier and get back to me. At 6pm i was told my stuff wouldnt be coming to following day. I said no good to me and wanted full refund. I got accepted for refund which is fine but didnt even get a sorry or flowers sent as a good will gesture.
Flowers was amazing. The guarantee delivery for which paid 10£was late for 5 hours. As a result, the flowers left near the mailbox did not even ring. Promised to return the money for a special delivery, but spoiled the gift completely. Disappointed.
Flowers turned up late for funeral - will not be using again - they wasnt very sympathetic - appalling service
My flowers never arrived. I only found out when they refunded my delivery money. I still have had no information on the flowers which have not arrived yet.
Maybe I could have some feedback?

Ordered flowers & selected "before 12 noon" ( paid extra) but email on the morning I received to advise will deliver between 4-5pm. I had arranged for relatives to all be together in the morning, so it ruined the day. I spent hours trying to find a tel number. (non existent)! Google gave inter-flora and other fake numbers too. The feedback form does not work, so you cannot complain either! Eventually I Sent a message via their FB page urging them to ring me. They then emailed me to say they would refund the delivery cost if £4.99 (!). Not even a sincere apology... I emailed again and finally they rang me back. The lady was nice & helpful and offered a refund. But it really wasnt worth the stress and sadness it caused am afraid and I let my family down too.
I ordered some flowers for a funeral... I followed all the instructions, having them delivered a day early etc... got an email at 7.30 pm on the day of delivery saying they hadn't been delivered... all the phone numbers on their website were defunct, couldn't contact them in anyway as purchased flowers as a guest... by the time they got delivered the man had been in the ground 10 hours, absolutely useless service and back up, wasted my money, looked like an idiot and left fuming...
I buy from you guys regularly but was disappointed when my mum sent through the photo - one lily when the image looked more lily based is disappointing
The flowers arrived on time and the recipient was thrilled with them. Packed well, beautiful blooms. Will definitely ordeer flowers from you again.
Gift was left on the door step in full view for any one to take. Luckily a neighbour saw it & popped a note through the door saying where it was. Wouldn't use again.
I would just like to add that this is the first time I have used a website to send flowers to a great woman who I know, and the service was first class in every aspect.

I was kept fully informed by email that my order had been received; when the flowers were being delivered; that the flowers had been delivered, the recipient emailed me with a photo and was extremely pleased with the bouquet received. We all make mistakes. It was our wedding anniversary. I ordered deluxe flower arrangement. It didn't arrive on the day. When it arrived it was not as ordered, not the deluxe and was damaged. Ironically my wife uses the same company and was surprised that what was ordered did not come up to expectations. Now she is concerned that the many orders she has placed for other people did not receive the selections she ordered. Admittedly the company were apologetic and I received a partial refund. Head office being based in Malta means they rely on honesty of their outlets. Not sure I would use them again.
