THE PLANT WAS DELIVERED ON THE DAY AS PROMISED BUT IT WOULD NOT HAVE MATTERED EARLY OR LATE AS IT WAS A SURPRISE; MY SISTER WAS VERY HAPPY AND THE RIGHT PLANT TO CHEER UP THE ROOM.

Paid extra for guaranteed morning delivery & they weren't delivered until late afternoon. Ordered deluxe level of flowers and they were puny. Flowers were in a piece of oasis that was too big to fit in the vase. The flowers were not even in the vase! My 90 year-old mother shouldn't have to arrange the flowers in the vase herself! Very poor service, value, and quality.

Had some trouble but not with this company, just the courier. I had to deal with their customer service and it was top notch! Went above and beyond to make me happy! I would definitely order from these people again. Cant give 10 stars or I would. Thank you

Birthday flowers ordered a week in advance arrived a day late. Avoid this company... choose an established flower delivery for Scottish orders. Very unhappy wife.

The flowers were beautiful and I appreciated the notifications when they were out for delivery and when they arrived.

I got an email confirming delivery but the person the flowers were supposed to go to never got them, I double checked the address and theres not an issue with it

My step daughter was delighted with her new home flowers. Photos look lovely too and we never have an issue with the quality of Seranata and use a lot. Also if ever a problem they rectify very quickly.

Good and punctual delivery. However, some flowers were not in good condition and the note written in the card was incomplete.

Ordered flowers for my daughter and son in law who have just found out they are expecting a baby girl. Ordered flowers at just before 10 p.m. and they were delivered by 1. P.m. The following day. Can't fault the customer service. Flowers are still opening so willl probably look better when fully opened. This was my first order with serenata and I would be happy to use them again

I have used Serenata to deliver flowers for birthdays and other occasions, and they always look lovely, are nicely arranged, and are delivered precisely as planned. Even when my sister wasn't in last week to receive them, they were left with a neighbour and she was delighted. Maybe the gushy emails could be toned down a bit, haha, but the flowers themselves are always beautiful.
