I was slightly worried about sending flowers this way because you can't actually see what you are getting because pictures usually are not that true but I proceeded with the purchase and had regular updated stages of process. End result was that the recipient said that they were a most fragrant and beautiful bouquet. So, I will definately be using this again.

Absolutely appalled. I waited in for two days and no flowers. I had to go to collect them in the end and they are nothing to write home about. Quality very poor. I certainly will never order flowers again from this company. It was supposed to be a treat for myself as I have been having a bad time lately so I wanted to treat myself. I spent time chasing this and getting stressed out. Not at all a treat!

Delivery arranged for our anniversary, came a day late. I did receive a15% discount for this but the flowerswhere shocking for what I paid. Wont use again.

The flowers were wilting and the rose petals showed signs of damage (tearing and browning). Not at all impressed. Still waiting on customer service to respond to my complaint.

The flowers arrived on time and were gorgeous. Very fresh and securely packaged. The recipient was over the moon with the quality and beauty.

Flowers was left thrown over the gate and broken and. Stuck through the box so there was no water. Emailed company and still not resolved. Not happy with this company one bit

Pleased with the service regarding choice of flowers offered and timely delivery of them with only problem being the failure online of the 15% discount offer to friends introduced when using the service. The friend was unable to obtain the 15% discount using the Code provided even after repeated attempts clearly a problem with the website in this regard.
