Got on an email on the day delivery was due saying that the flowers had been delivered. Unfortunately, they hadn't and only turned up the day after my friend's birthday. She said they were lovely but, to be fair, I know her and she would say they were whether they were or not! I'm disappointed they didn't turn up on the right day. I have to say though that when I complained they answered the complaint straightaway and have refunded 15% of the cost.
Kept well informed from ordering the flowers to their actually delivery which I was delighted with as I was ordering them from Ireland for delivery in England so it was great to be kept updated. My friend said the flowers were beautiful and displayed in her hallway! Also thought the pricing of the flowers were very competitive. Will definitely use again.
Ordering was easy and we liked the selection of cards that could be sent with the flowers. Good feedback from the recipient.
Ordered flowers on Wednesday 6th of December for delivery on the Saturday the 9th. Flowers were a surprise for my partner while we were enjoying time away on a mini break. Flowers never arrived and I was left red faced and having to apologies for what was meant to be a geture of our love.
Emailed serenata flowers to inform them that the flowers didn't arrive and without asking if I was still looking for them or needed they just sent them anyway 2 days late on Monday the 11th.
No attempt was made to contact me on failed delivery or to explain why delivery was not made.
All in all very poor service.
I was kept informed at all times of the delivery. My friend had been in touch to say that she had received the flowers on the day I had requested, but I have not seen them so am unable to comment on the standard of the flowers
Most disappointed that Birthday flowers ordered in plenty of time failed to be delivered on the requested day and that I was not notified until 5pm on the day, too late for me to make alternative arrangements. Although the flowers were in good condition when finally delivered the following day, I would find it hard to recommend this service,
Disappointed, saw the flowers I had delivered on Friday today, there were just a few blooms and I had ordered the premium option, no card was attached to the plain stick that was stuck in the flowers, the flowers looked fresh but could have bought same bunch from the garage and saved £30.00.
Ordered bouquet 7 pm arrived 10 am next day in time for the birthday celebrations. Beautiful flowers very reasonable cost. Kept informed of whole process would definitely use again

Bitterly disappointed, leaves of the flowers had wilted and flowers not properly encased in water. I won't use this service again.

I was so pleased with the flowers I received from Seranata I used them when I needed an extra special present for a friend. The praise she gave on how wonderful they looked will encourage me to use them again.
Think that this is a really good service at a good price. I liked the fact that they kept in touch as the delivery proceeded. Fast efficient service recipient- was delighted. Recommend!
Had some flowers sent for Xmas there was a problem with the delivery but it was sorted straight away so thank you so much for that, and the flowers were beautiful this is the second time I have used Serenata flowers would highly recommend
The flowers were delivered the very next day, they were great quality and the recipients really liked them.
The website is not optimised for Windows phones so I had a hiccup with ordering.
The "my account" section on the website doesn't give you enough- there's a typo in my name and now I can't change it.
When making an account and ordering, you're not required to verify your email address so make sure you get it correct first time as you need your email to track your order and that's also how they let you know the flowers have been dispatched ect.
In summary, the flowers and service was spot on. The only thing stopping this review being a 5* is the issues with the website and barriers to ordering.
My friend received the flowers withun hours of me placing the order.

Lovely flowers, great communications throughout the whole process and really easy website. I have used a number of times and have never been let down, on this occasion ordered late Thursday night and delivered the very next day without excessive prices. Would definitley reccommend.
I ordered in the evening, they were delivered next day. The flowers were beautiful and i paid far less than i would have at other florists in the area.
Communication was great, i received an email at each stage of the process until delivery.
I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again
