I bought the flowers to send to my mum for Christmas. She wasn't in when they were delivered, but they were left safely inside her porch. She was delighted with the selection and quality of the flowers, which should hopefully last for a couple of weeks.
All in all, I was very happy with everything, from the ease of ordering, to the delivery itself, and of course the quality of the flowers. Thankyou Serenata flowers

Cant comment on the flowers as I havent seen them. However, personally I think the delivery times need to be made clearer on the website. Ordered 2 bouquets and it wasnt until I completed the order that a box appeared saying they might not be delivered until 9pm (which was useless for an office address that was only open for normal office hours) They tried to deliver at 6.30pm when nobody was there, luckily someone was working later the following day as they were finally delivered at 5.30pm. After this experience and having read some of the latest reviews I think I'd order elsewhere next time
I ordered 3 lots of flowers to be delivered and they were all going to same place of work, the flowers were lovely but they were delivered far too late in the evening, meaning the recipients had gone home, therefore they were stuck in box overnight. Luckily they were unaffected (I hope). But deliveries really ought to be before 5 at least, they were ordered well enough in advance.
Still waiting for a reply to my email sent last week by you robbing wankers, your service is a joke and next week il be putting a post on numerous social media platforms advising all of my network to steer clear of your company

Second time I have used them, first time great. Poor pre-delivery quality control. Arrived with wilted roses!. Under the circumstances they should have been refunded AND replaced... then they would have had a happy customer. Therefore regrettably, I would not use Serenata again.

Ordered deluxe bunch 18 flowers 15 arrived bouquet was not as shown complained asked for a replacment did not get one or a refund lots of messages telling me to send photos which I did they said the photo was not clear and to send another one when I said it was short of flowers and was not as it should have been they said it looked allright to them I will not buy from them again or recomened them. Disgusted with there attitude.
Ordered on-line for delivery next day; flowers arrived in the morning. Perfect service and good value.
Was disappointed when flowers got delivered the person not at home but I had to contact serenata back as no card was left informing the person whom the flowers were or who had taken them in it was 8pm at night and they were for a surprise for a birthday present all hassle could have been avoided if card was left stating what number house flowers were delivered to

The flowers were for the Client for a building project I had recently completed. I opted and paid for the "same day" option, which would have been perfect.
The flowers arrived the following day after the Client had left site.
I should have gone for the refund option but chanced it on them arriving in time.
I had not tried serenta before and certainly will NOT use them again due to making promises they cannot keep. Use Interflora instead - you can depend on them.

I ordered flowers for a special occasion
Despite receiving a confirmation email that they were in the process of being delivered on the special day, the flowers were delivered a day late
When finally delivered the flowers were left outside the delivery address (no effort made to ring the doorbell), vase was broken, the quality of the flowers was v. poor

Received a phone call from the lucky recipient of the flowers we sent. She was over the moon and said, "The best arrangement of flowers I have ever received". They were delivered on a Sunday and at the predicted time - and free delivery! Very impressed and will definitely use again. Thank you Serenata.
