The flowers and service was spot on. Thank you! My friend who recieved the flowers really loved them especially the Moluccellas which gave the whole bouquet a quirky feel.

I ordered flowers / Balloon / chocolates for our daughters birthday, Flowers arrived on time as i expected because i paid the £9.99 for guaranteed delivery before 10.30am and were what i expected " Great " but the vase was broken, which was disappointing, but overall good and would use again.

The flowers arrived after my mothers funeral which obviously was a difficult emotional day, this caused more upset. I ordered the flowers a week before the funeral giving the time and date, so plenty of time for the flowers to arrive for the funeral. The funeral director kindly sent me a photograph of the flowers which were nothing like the one on the web site. I am very disappointed and will not use this service again

Ordered Flowers, Ballon, Teddy and Vase for parents of new baby boy. The bouquet I picked had some voilet or blue but the bouquet delivered had just white and green. The Vase was broken when delivered. I complained about Vase and the cost of Vase has been refunded.

It would be good to be able to add a message without the need to have a greeting card ~ I didn't notice if you had blank cards available.

Beautiful flowers for the first anniversary of the bereavement of my daughter in law's mother. I paid for a morning delivery so that she would receive them before work. The delivery was so late that it ruined the sentiment of the day. I appreciate that I have been promised a refund of the delivery charge but delivery was awful.

Ordered as a birthday gift. Very impressed from start to end. Excellent communication re delivery time, flowers were beautiful and Id definitely recommend.

The flowers were great but the vase was broken on delivery. Unfortunately I can't upload the picture here. The customer service isnt too great either.

Flowers were lovely and delivered right on time but the little Teddy was squashed up in a bag, not nicely presented.

Flowers did not arrive until 24 hours later after recipient had left. Therefore they were not given to the person.

Refund requested but still not given.

Flowers delivered ten hours late - for a funeral. Took five different emails to even work out that it had been delivered to correct place. Very little in way of apology

Very poor display, complained told they would improve within 7 days. How can a poor display improve. Will not be using ever again.
