Website had a wide variety of bouquets, some of the best available. Online ordering was easy. I chose the Christmas Celebration bouquet for a friend. The bouquet my friend received was a close match (photo sent) and seemed to have the requisite number of stems etc. Very well arranged, flowers seem very fresh and in bud ready to bloom. Both my friend and I are very happy.
I would recommend Serenata Flowers I have used them before and the flowers were beautiful and this time I am just as pleased, good service and lovely selection of bouquets and gifts
Serenata never fails to come up trumps and they have succeded yet again with the Orchid arrangement "Christmas Blue", delivered ontime as promised and the recipient was trurely grateful and delighted.

I have have ordered from Seranata flowers a couple of times, and will continue. The Flowers are beautiful and they are delivered on time, Very pleased with the service, only one hiccup this time, thought I had ordered Rose toiletries to go with the flowers but they received lavendar, which was not a problem, they were well received anyway.

Like most people do, I browse several sites before buying something. In this case, I was looking for flowers for my mum for Christmas. I eventually chose Serenata because they were excellent value and because they had the bouquet I wanted (something with a bit of personality rather than the usual vague pastel).
I bought the flowers, upgraded to an XL bunch (good feature) and waited to see if they'd be delivered on time. Not only were they, but I specified for the driver to leave the flowers on the doorstep as I knew my parents would be out - he took the time to leave them with neighbours instead, and put a card through my parents' letterbox to let them know. The flowers were then greeted with such delight by my mum, who was really overwhelmed by the size and quality of the bouquet.
I was also very appreciative of the order updates, letting me know the flowers were out for delivery and then had been delivered.
Finally, as a writer and copywriter myself, it's always nice to see well written and funny copy from companies, as I received in all my update emails. Really good job from the Serenata copywriter - give that woman or man a raise:)

This is the second time Ive ordered flowers for my mother in law and Ill go elsewhere next time. On both occasions they were left on her doorstep. It kind of spoils the surprise element when I have to call her and ask if shes received the flowers.
I placed an order one evening and before I knew it I received a delivery notice. I don't think it took 12 hours from the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered. And everything delivered was exactly as described.
Second year I have purchased from SerentaFlowers and the comments from the recipients are that the flowers are amazing. That's enough for me to add Serenta to my permanent shopping list. Well done with keeping me up-to-date on the progress and delivery of the flowers.
Delivery was on time so that was good but flower display i ordered looked 10x better than the item my friend received! I understand it's going to be a close as possible but it was a huge disappointment! I won't use this service again.
Gave spacific instructions about delivery the flowers where left in a outside shed that my elderly cant cant get to wont buy again from here.
I live in Florida with my son and his family recently moving to UK. I used SerenatalFlowers from the internet and I'm pleased to say it worked out great. The actual arrangement could of been a bit bigger (they sent a picture), but I'm not totally unhappy. The service was impeccable! Will be using again.
I ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear for a friend of mine who just had surgery. The process, was a breeze, once I got my credit card company approval. CC for international transaction was as easy as an email confirming transaction request. The flowers, bear and chocolate looked just like the pictures on website. Who knew it was so easy to do
Paid £30 for Deluxe Christmas bouquet. Received poor quality flowers - nothing like photo or description. Numerous emails and photos sent to company before I was offered refund, Very disappointing.
The gift was left outside in the garden and not delivered. Only realised next day. It was all ruined and went straight in the bin.
It was easy to order online and I was informed when they started the delivery and when it arrived and was accepted - gave me peace of mind. And the flowers turn out better than the photo I selected online :)
