I have used Serenata twice now, firstly to deliver flowers to my elderly auntie in the UK and 2 days ago to deliver a xmas hamper to her. I now live in Australia and have found Serenata extremely easy to order and very reliable on delivery. Perfect service
This is the second time this year I have had flowers delivered as a surprise for my mum. She was amazed with the colour of the flowers and couldn't believe they were real! I will be using Serenata again next year
Flowers were for a friend so you never know what you're going to get. They were fantastic and the communication around delivery was brilliant.

I ordered a Christmas bouquet for delivery to a dear friend. I live in Swansea so had no knowledge of florists and their quality of service in the haverfordwest area. I made my order online which was an extremely easy step by step guide to follow. A lovely selection to choose from as well. They were very reasonably priced and free delivery.
At each step of my order I received correspondence notifying me of the progression of my order and confirmation when they had been delivered which was extremely reassuring having not seen any examples of their bouquets only following images depicted on their website.
A beautiful bouquet was delivered to my friend who is unwell at present, she was delighted with them and they certainly made her day. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend. Thank you

I live in Arizona (U.S.A.) and had Flowers sent to my cousin in the UK... I thought this would be expensive and difficult to do but it wasn't! The website was VERY easy to order from, the flowers were delivered at the time promised, and they were BEAUTIFUL. What really impressed me was Serenata stayed in touch with me through multiple emails from the time I ordered to the time the flowers were delivered so I never felt like I was in mystery as to the status of my order... As a bonus they did it all with a good sense of humor. I am very impressed with their personalized service and the quality of their flowers. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
I ordered some flowers at about 10pm and they were delivered the next day by 11am. My friend was delighted with them. I've received flowers from Serenata in the past and always been happy with them. I would highly recommend them.

I have sent flowers through Serenata a few times. Ordered from Canada to my aunt in England... everytime she says they are beautiful and fresh and also delivered on time. I also like the ease of ordering, even if I forget my password it directs me through the process... other sites don't do this... so very important to me.
Very happy with delivery service, thank you very much. However, I was surprised too see that the floral arrangement was not as rich as the photo on the website, had maybe the correct number of plants but they were tiny. Overall happy with service but found it a bit pricey as I thought I paid for something as in the photo. Oh, and the apples were not all red. But thank you x.
Bought for my sister for Christmas, she was chuffed to bits, nice little bunch of flowers and the wine and chocolates looked nice too!

Ordered at night and was delivered at 2:30pm next day! My niece has them under the Christmas tree. I will definitely recommend and use Serenataflowers again and again! Thank you!
Flowers were left outside in the rain at night & my Mum didn't find them till the next morning. I was expecting a Christmas arrangement in a basket - as pictured, but she says she's got a flower pot. Also, I had a voucher for £5 off, but there was nowhere on the online order form to use it. Shan\t be using again, as they are more expensive than my local supplier.
Ordered the flowers the nite before. And they arrived by 11am the next morning, the flowers was so nice and fresh, snd the person who received them was so pleased. It was nice to have a email just after they were delivered,
I ordered two lots of flowers, one was successfully delivered and were "beautiful" in the words of the recipient.
The other lot were delivered to the wrong place. The courier had taken photos of the drop but it was not my mother's flat. Serenata offered to resend the flowers or give me a refund and were very quick to sort it all out. The second set of flowers arrived when they said they would and my mother was delighted, although it was no longer a surprise as I arranged to get her to stay in this time in order not to miss the courier.
I would use Serenata again, the flowers were apparently lovely and well received.

Have used serenta for the first time this week and sent flowers to different household i was very pleased to be told from both parties that their flowers were outstanding in fact one of my friends told me she has received many flowers over the years but never any as beautiful as this so no brainer i will certainly be using serenta again.
