The flower delivered is totally different from what I have ordered!
The flower is for my best friends Christmas, its so sad that it is delivered something else not the one I have ordered!
Ordering and delivery was great for christmas eve couldn't fault that. Was a early present for my Granny for her birthday (Boxing day) They are starting to die after 2 days very disappointed in this. For the price you pay they should last longer! Could buy ones in supermarket that last longer. Wouldnt buy again...

I have used Seranata Flowers multiple times. Always receive a quick efficient service with lots of choice and competitive prices.
I ordered my flowers as part of a Christmas gift. As such I spent a significant portion of time looking for the bouquet of flowers I wanted on various sites and eventually selected Peace on the Seranta website.
Notifications and updates etc were as expected and professional.
The issue came at delivery. I am not 100% sure as to who the courier was, but they plonked the package on its side on the wall outside of my house, despite the box being clearly marked This way up and Fragile Goods.
As soon as I opened the box I discovered that all the water had come out of the container, damaging the card and the rest of the contents. The rose petals were damaged on two of the roses and as were th heads on other flowers.
Are this point I will reiterate that I believe that Seranta sent these flowers out correctly and undamaged, the state of the flowers etc. appears to have occurred by the box not being stood the correct way up at point of delivery, possibly the box was also stored incorrectly on the delivery van.
As soon as I realised there was a problem, I emailed Seranta. I did get an automated email requesting further details and photos, these were duly supplied.
I am yet to receive and direct communication with any meeningful content and context. Whilst I understand that due to the time of year that there will be limited staff, this does not excuse the approach taken around complaints.
I accept that the delivery company is the cause, but Seranta own the whole process and the complaints/issues procedure.
I have used your service several times now and always with excellent results. I have recommended you to friends and family. Lovely flowers prompt delivery.
Beautiful festive bouquet which arrived on time and were exquisite. Perfect Xmas present for my wife from all of the children.
Sadly this "luxury bouquet" did not match its description - delivered 7 hours later than expected although have been told that the before noon delivery charge will be refunded - recipient says just a bunch of chrysanthemums and a rose with a stick in the middle with nothing attached and a few of the stems were broken - no flower food either and the £2.99 card was a computer generated sheet folded in half - will not recommend or re-use as I have seen better in supermarket for £10
The delivery was to a small village in Scotland and on one of the busiest holidays of the year. But SerenataFlowers got my bouquet there and it was fantastic! Thank you!

I am very impressed by the communication about the order I placed for my mother, advising me of stages of preparation and finally of delivery. This take a lot of worry out of the process.
Furthermore, the plant was a great success. My mother commented on the many, many buds on the plant and the lovely basket it came in.
Price was reasonable too.
I will certainly recommend this company to others and use it again myself.
Postal services during peak periods can be dismal if not disappointing due to the large volume of deliveries. But with SerenataFlowers, the guaranteed delivery is most useful especially during critical and time handicapped moments.

Have been ordering flowers from Serenata Flowers for some time now (5 yrs) and they have never let me down. On line service and support is very good and the products delivered have always been good and value for money.
I want to have a good, reliable florist service as my sister is in London, I'm in Sydney. The flowers I ordered were fine and met the description but were dumped on the doorstep, door bell wasn't rung, even though they were home and I had given clear instructions to leave with the neighbours if they weren't home. The flowers weren't found until later in the day.
I have used Seranata numerous times and have found them to be excellent, deliveries are always on time and recipients are always very pleased.
