I ordered the flowers on the Sunday for the Monday - the flowers arrived on time and were lovely. No issue with the service or the quality of the flowers at all and in fact I thought they were also very good value for money compared to other providers. The information that I received via text was also spot on.
The flowers were for a funeral - the only issue was that the flowers were marked for the funeral director rather than for the family of the deceased. This meant they were actually overlooked by the firm and I had to ask when they did not appear at the crematorium. It was all sorted out amicably- and in the main it was not fault of the florist as they were delivered on time - but perhaps the labelling could be reviewed - but many thanks for flowers and the service received
After trying two other online sites I ordered flowers on Sunday afternoon for delivery on Monday. The others couldn't deliver until Tuesday! On Monday just after 11.00am, I received a text from my friend saying "Thank you for my beautiful flowers." First time I have used Serenata Flowers and I am very pleased with the service.
This is the first time I have used SerenataFlowers for a delivery from Australia to a very close friend in Scotland whose elderly mum had recently passed away. My friend was so overwhelmed with the beautiful bouquet that she FaceTimed me to tell me and show me. Flowers arrived late - Monday instead of Saturday, On the plus side. My sister was delighted with them, Just like the picture on the advertisement.
Bought as a gift so haven't seen them in person. However the recipient absolutely loved them and delivered on the requested day. Would order from again.
Ordered online, delivered as advertised, recipient very happy, good value for money. Slightly disappointed with the balloon, as it looks a lot bigger in the pictures... turned out to be very Small and on a stick. That aside, I was very happy with the service and will consider using again in the future.

I ordered last minute flowers for my Aunt in Canada, I had shopped around and found Serenatal to be the least expensive without seeming to skimp on quality or quantity. They arrived on time and she was very pleased with them. What more could I ask for.
