Ordered a bouquet for my mum the day before her birthday (!) They arrived on time and she loved the flowers. Will no doubt use again.
Recipient wasnt happy - actually rang me to say that Ive wasted my money - which was embarrassing...
I sent these to my best friend who has been feeling quite low. She was delighted with them and sent me a picture, they were lovely.

Serenata was an excellent choice and a great experience even at busy Christmas time and ordering from abroad. Great range of flowers, sweets, toys and cards, well received by the recipients.
I only asked myself in perplexity: why did the two orders -made on the same day, for the same delivery day, and the same delivery address, but different names- arrived at a difference of a couple of hours between them and not at the same time.
But finally everything was fine, and I shall use again SerenataFlowers services very soon.
The delivery was punctual and reached its destination (in a hospital ward - a challenging delivery) without a problem. Excellent service and reassuring communication. However, I did not see the flowers, as they were meant for a friend of mine who was in that hospital. She said that she was very pleased with the flowers.
Stunning flowers delivered on time with great service. Interflora couldnt fulfill my order request so used Serenata and am so glad I did. Will definitely order again

Ordering the flowers was simple. Delivery was good (about an hour later than scheduled), and the recipient described the flowers as "stunning and beautiful". What more needs to be said?

I made a mistake with a letter on a post code & told the flowers would be re-delivered the next day. All fine you would think... until I was then told they had been 'destroyed' by the courier.
I queried why & then was shocked to find that instead of using a local florist they had been driven from London to Northumberland - a 400 mile trip! I would NOT have used them if I had known that. They offered me half price on another bunch but I refused. Even though it cost me again, i went to a local site that I CHECKED was local.

I have received flowers from this company which were up with the best I've ever had. I have gone on to use this company to send flowers and I have received great feedback from the recipients. Would definitely use again.
My only complaint if you call it that is the over load of emails... too much marketing

Order placed and accepted. It was not delivered on the agreed date and I was not notified. When I queried the delivery I was told that it hadn't happened due to a technical issue and would be delivered the next day. An hour and a half later I was told that this wasn't possible and that it would be delivered in two days time. After another two hours I was told that they couldn't guarantee a date for delivery and that they hadn't agreed the original date in any case. I sent a copy of the order confirmation showing the original date and cancelled my order.
I ordered 12 red roses for my wife at Christmas. She loved them but when we realised only 11 flowers had been delivered it was a bit disappointing.
