I use the company to send flowers to my family in Scotland. They are always saying how much they appreciate the arrangements. And they as a rule are difficult to please!
Flowers arrived at 5pm, and were thrown on the side. The bunch that arrived was poor quality and small, they did not look like the bunch in the picture, petals had already started to fall off! You are better off getting a bunch from Morrisons!
Have asked for a refund, and will not be ordering from here again! Once was enough!
Was very pleased because I ordered those for a friend who is terminally ill, wanted to cheer her up. I bought the largest bunch for the arrangement that I chose, and was hoping it would be a decent size. From the photo recipient sent me was expecting a bit more variety in colour but the buds in the photos were not open yet so it looks like this was meant to be so they will last a while which is great! The person who got them was absolutely delighted and said she was lucky she had a vase big enough for it to fit in! They are giving her a huge amount of pleasure. The ordering and delivery was totally hassle free and very easy. I definitely will use this firm again and am very glad I chose them. I ordered Spring Time Grandissimo. I wanted her to have a decent size bouquet because she has been a very good friend to me.

Funeral poise ordered for 9.30 funeral. I received an email 4pm afternoon before the funeral to state the flowers had arrived damaged and NO floral tribute would now be able to arrive on time.
Any funeral is bad for this to happen, but this was for an 87 yr lady who was unable to personally attend her sisters funeral due to her own ill health. This was most upsetting for the whole family. We then had to phone around local florist to supply a tribute.
A full refund was received, but this has done very little to console my elderly mum in law.

I ordered online from the USA to London. It was easy and very resonable compared to other sites. I will send something again. Easier and cheaper than mailing a package from the USA. You have a great selections of flowers and gifts. I was very pleased with my selection as he sent me a picture of the gift.

Flowers arrived in perfect condition tho the vase was broken. I contacted support instant refund. Like I had received reply within 2 minutes. However there was no help in receiving a replacement instead. Kinda needed a vase for the flowers to begin with. Otherwise would have had a 5 star rating.

It got there, the stalks were broken and the vase was smashed, all I got was an email saying they'll try to deliver again soon, no date or time or deadline just 'soon' it was for a 21st birthday absolutely pathetic.
