The flowers arrived ok BUT you did not include my message saying who they were from and who they were for. The included bear went to the wrong child. Great! So - a complete waste of time and money until I saw the recipient 5 days later. When it was too late. Awful. What a terrible omission.
This was the first time I used SerenataFlowers. My friend was very pleased with her flowers and they were delivered on the day specified. I shall used them again.
Purchased the ivy plant in a birdcage. Recipient was very pleased with it, but I did feel I was taking a leap of faith buying it as there were no measurements, or details about what it was made from. Got it at a discount, definitely would NOT have bought it at full price!

I ordered some flowers on Christmas Eve and needed them delivered the same day as my Mum was not well and I wanted to cheer her up. The bigger flower delivery firms in the UK couldn't do this and I used Serenata Flowers. I had never used them before so I was amazed and pleased when my Dad let me know the flowers had been delivered and they were really nice. A couple of weeks on and my Mum still says they are going strong. Thank you Serenata Flowers because you made a real difference to me and my family over the festive period.

I purchased some flowers for my mum as a birthday gift for her, when they arrived the box that they come in was all damaged and ripped, when she took the flowers out of the box they were all damaged, heads had fell off and some of them had already died, so unhappy as I paid £30.00 will not us these again.
The recepient was disappointed with the quality of the flowers, There was a lot og greenery, only 4 flowers and a rose, they didn't look like the photos on the web site. Would not use again.

I did not see the flowers as they went to my sister in hospital. But I am certain that they are as beautiful as the picture. The choices of blooms is fantastic and I am amazed at the service and the feedback I am getting. This is certainly above and beyond! Such personalized service is not usual nowadays and I really appreciated all the emails advising me of the progress of my order. I am getting ready to send more flowers to a dear friend and I will CERTAINLY use Serenata Flowers for this special occasion. My order should have been delivered on Friday but they arrived Saturday afternoon. Nevertheless they were beautiful and cheered a very poorly lady up.
So ordered flowers well in advance of delivery day on a Friday. Got email message on the Saturday saying they were out for delivery that day, so one day late. (Got partial refund for late delivery). Waited for 5 days to get a thanks from the recipient,(my elderly Aunt), and finally cracked and made discrete enquiries as to what the flowers were like etc. Word back to me was there are no flowers! She lives in sheltered accommodation, so rang the manager to start a search for the "brown box in a safe place." No flowers found. Florists contacts courier, no satisfactory response.
So net result is one embarrassed Aunt as appeared ungrateful, (temporarily), for not saying thanks for the flowers, surprise ruined, much time wasted, and no flowers anywhere to be found. So although I got a full refund, I actually wanted the flowers! Can't therefore recommend as they are unreliable.
1st purchase from SerentataFlowers for my friend's 50th Birthday. Can't recommend them enough, fast, efficient and good end result, with my friend made up with her boquet. Thank you.
A beautiful bunch of quality roses that are opening up beautifully. The balloon was a little disappointing but as the flowers are such quality I couldnt justify not giving it 5*
