Everyone remarked on how beautiful the basket of flowers looked and I was very impressed with the delivery service emails. I would definitely use this company again.
Well I did not see the flowers myself apart from on-line but by all accounts the person who received them was more then happy with the goods delivered.
I ordered flowers 3 Days before I needed them delivered. I get a call from them on the day they were soposed to be there saying they canceled my order because they say the address was out of there delivery area. I said I would give them another address in town to deliver to. There reply was no we dont deliver to that town at all. Now they had three days to let me know this giving me time to make other arrangements but did not until it was to late to fix. But they sure debited my account a mediately. It is so sad to depend on a company that say they deliver any where and they cancel you at the last minute. Wish I had read there bad reviews before I trusted them. They advertise on Face Book as well. I will let Face Book know this is not a reputable company. BAD
Easy to use website for a bit of a technophobe! Quick and efficient delivery, plus great product. Friend lives on the other side of the country so it was very convenient.

Great service and delivered on time and in good packaging. Website process also good. The product itself was very disappointing as all the roses had brown petals on them and there was no way to change them as they were for a special occasion on the delivery day.
I spent £46.00 on my order for my friends birthday and it looked more like I had spent £10 on some rubbish flowers picked up at a garage! I was actually embarrassed when my friend sent me a picture of them!
Poor quality, small bunch (I even paid extra to go deluxe! Would of hated to see what the normal bunch looks like!)

Ordered Grandissimo bouquet for my daughter comprising of white roses and pink calla lillies - not as many flowers as I would have imagined but looked lovely and were delivered promptly. Good range of flowers and combinations. Email updates and tracking was very well received. Second time I have used this company and would do so again

Ordered funeral flowers to be delivered to undertaker. The flowers were lovely but the sympathy card with message that I paid extra for was forgotten and this caused distress and disappointment.
I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Gran's 80th birthday. I can not fault the correspondence from Serenataflowers. However, I had a call from my Gran to tell me the vase we had ordered was broken. I sent an email straight away and within an hour the problem was resolved. As for the flowers, they were beautiful. I will use again.
I ordered a medium basket of flowers to be delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. The website was easy to use and plenty of choices. The email correspondence was good and kept me fully informed of my order and delivery.
The bouquet was not as large as I had imagined and some of the flowers were looking a little bit tired. So, on the whole I was pleased with the service but not so happy with the end product.

I ordered a large flower bouquet (£29.99) and expected to receive a large flower bouquet. Unfortunately it seemed to be missing half the flowers and the ones we received were not in great condition (apart from the lily's which were the only flowers still closed) - not to mention the card had become damp so I had to rush out and purchase a new one before I delivered them to the recipient!
The delivery driver was also quite rude, which I don't blame the company for as this is out of their hands - but I thought it was worth a mention as it looked like the box had been stood on/thrown around before being delivered.
I wasn't expecting greatness for the cost, but I expected a better service then the one I received
