Decided on grandisimo as it was bereivment wanted to cheer them up with a lovely bouquet they did arrive on time but pretty poor roses were in full bloom the rest was in bud form. For 50 pounds it wasn't worth it I could have bought better from Morrisons
I ordered flowers for delivery on a Friday and they did not arrive until late on the Saturday.
What kind of service is that?
Will not use this company again

Flowers lovely, delivery driver made no attempt to deliver to the door and was leaving them behind the wheelie bin. When I emailed Serenta about this they replied it is at the drivers discretion where the delivery is left and to read the T&C. I don't consider knocking at a front door anything out of the ordinary do you?
Ordered flowers for my friends 50th they were beautiful she was really impressed by them, easy to order and free delivery result!

I live in NZ and tried you guys for the first time. I ordered these flowers for my mother in law. She was thrilled with the quality of them. The fact that the flowers were closed when they were delivered meant they were long lasting and fresh. Apparently the box they were delivered in was a bit battered but the flowers were fine,
Couldn't ask for more, good service, reasonable prices and wonderful quality flowers delivery next day as requested.

I've never really ordered flowers online before (preferring to get bunches from supermarkets and arrange them myself) but a good friend's husband was poorly and I wanted to send something to let them know we were thinking of them.
After going onto Interflora I was outraged at the prices and decided to Google flourists in Solihull instead... and boy am I glad I did! Not only were Serenta's flowers better priced but the variety was much more to my taste. We chose a £19.99 bunch and added a 'get well soon' stick balloon and a very fitting card involving a cat and a cup of tea- 2 of the recipients favourite things! The arrived promptly the next day and I was kept updated by Email throughout the whole process.
The website was easy enough to navigate and my 3 year old even managed to choose the card he wanted to send ("look Mumma, cat like Milo"!).
All in all we were super happy with our purchase, as were our friends who received the order.
We will definitely be ordering again :)
Its was so lovely and my soon to be Stepson was so surprised about it... the flowers are in a bud form and so cute... Very efficient updates as well.
Really speedy delivery and easy ordering process. Flowers were lovely and I really appreciated the one hour time slot of delivery and the ability to know when they arrived.
Serenataflowers have stated the flowers have been delivered to recipient but there is no sign of the flowers. Confirmation said left in front porch, when my friend does not have a front porch. Hard to get hold of to try and resolve the issue. Almost impossible. Awful.
Flowers arrived at stated delivery time, and my wife was very happy with her gift, and two days later lilies have started to open and look great. Would order again from Serenata Flowers
Beautiful flowers, delivered next day - only reason not 5 stars the courier left them on the doorstep when there was someone at home. Would still use again.
I was able to change my delivery date at short notice that was really good and I was grateful. My flowers come the next morning I could of literally cried. They looked NOTHING like they did in the photo I could of get better from lidls down the road for £3! Its not about the money, its the principle of it. Wont be using these again.
The bouquet was beautiful and delivered on time. I was informed when the flowers were out on delivery and also when they had been delivered which I thought was excellent. My daughter who was ill loved them.
