Excellent quality flowers & service thank you. I received them for my birthday last year & sent the same ones to a good friend this weekend. They lasted 4 weeks.
Used to send plants to two different family members following bereavement and family seemed very happy with plants. Will use again. Recieved E-mails throughout delivery process.

We first picked Serenata by chance for delivery of flowers to a berieved friend down in Cornwall who reported back very good comments. Following on from that weve used them for flowers to Wales and Gloucestershire, and most recently, Cambridgeshire. Weve had really good feedback from recipients every time. Delivery has always been on the requested date and at a sensible time, and Serenata keep us informed throughout the process. Brilliant service, beautiful flowers and sensible prices - well done.
Never received the email letting me know if flowers were delivered. Still do not know! Not very good service.
Amazing service and delivery! I put the wrong address in and wanted to change it straight away, they replied within the hour and then the flowers were sent and delivered the following day!

I was asked to arrange a delivery of flowers and champagne last minute on Friday evening for delivery on Saturday. The website is simple and straight forward and I received my confirmation of booking straight away. The notifications for dispatch and delivery were great. The feedback from the recipient was excellent, 'best flowers they had received so far'. All in all will definitely use Serenata Flowers and recommend to others.

The white freesia & greenery bouquet was beautiful & smelt divine. Best I have bought & will order again. Liked the free delivery. Better value than many other websites.
Service was good. Very clear to understand ordering. Flowers looked good on delivery on Saturday but by end of Sunday had to be rearranged and some flowers had to be thrown away as they had become droopy and leaves were looking as though they were dying. Monday we now have a much smaller display and looks like it may last another couple of days. Instructions were followed but a bit disappointing for £25.

Have used Serenata flowers before as other online flower shops have let us down in the past. Never experienced any problems and I like they way they keep you informed of the whole process. No faults with the flowers.
Was disappointed with flower delivery from a certain main high street chain so decided to give Serenata Flowers a try. The destination was quite remote and we did it the night before required. Wow! On the day following a lovely bunch arrived at the destination! What service. Would definitely use Serenata again. The delivery destination was Suffolk, UK. Don't know about other places in the UK.

As we do not usually see the flowers which we buy as a present for other people, why do you not offer an additional service of taking a photo of the actual boquet that you deliver?
It would give me and others the confidence to place repeat orders.
