Dead flowers very bad customer service never again...
I couldn't find but I was looking for an option for handwritten greeting message on the card. That is a feature I would welcome
No complaints. Arrived early on correct day and recipient was very pleased with flowers. Good communications.
I ordered a bouquet & a teddy on a Sunday as a birthday present, these were promptly delivered next day and flowers were beautiful. Lovely lillies and roses some opened and plenty ready to open.
I do not recommend you use this company, if there is an issue with the gift ordered be prepared to prove the issue with photographic evidence otherwise they will not take action to rectify the issue. Friend was out when flowers delivered, so left in dry porch but some stems were damaged and the card was wet and soggy. The ordering, delivering and tracking was efficient just a shame the presentation wasn't up to standard having spent £42.98. Flowers sent to lift spirits of someone grieving and trying to deal with funeral arrangements for parent. To ask them to provide photos and make a complaint when they have been sent a gift is awkward and a 'big ask', difficult enough normally let alone given the delicate circumstances as you're saying you don't believe them.
Rubbish bouquet looked nothing like the picture paid extra for morning delivery that got delivered before my partner even got to work at 9 am

You delivered to wrong address so my Mum didn't get the flowers on her Birthday. Luckily the person who got them brought round the next day.

Roses died the following day left 3 lilys opened 3 days later then died did not look any thing like what l orderd for a friend

Delighted that I was able to arrange Birthday flowers to be delivered on a Sunday, free of charge. Friend was really pleased with the quality of the flowers, in addition to my thoughtfulness! I liked the emails to advise of delivery, this was re-assuring. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Ordered these flowers for a friend to try and cheer who had a bereavement in the family. She thought the flowers were lovely. Have used Serenata Flowers before and will use again.
I sent flowers to a colleague who has been very poorly. Half the flowers were drooping and dead looking, there was no plant food, which wouldnt have revived them anyway. Very disappointed that what was supposed to be a nice cheerful gift didnt turn out to be so. Such a shame, but I wont be using this florist again.
Just like to say my friend was over the moon with her flowers, they were beautiful she even sent me a photo of them, can't fault the service, delivered on the date I chose and was kept up to date with my order.

I have purchased flowers from serenata several times over the last few years and im never disappointed. They are fresh, well presented, and last for ages. All recipients adore them.
Disappointed in the quality and quantity of the flowers ordered. Delivery was prompt, but I could have bought the same flowers in the COOP for £6.99!
Find them a bit expensive but I guess that's the exchange rate in Canada. I do wish the flowers were arranged in a pot like they are here.
Ordered some flowers for my wife as a sorry for not being able to get home from a work trip when expecting to. She was over the moon i saw an image of the flowers and they were spectacular.
