Sent flowers to a work colleague who was poorly. She said the flowers were stunning. Beautiful colours. Was really pleased with the display.
Next day delivery was good but wasnt the time slot I was giving will use again though as fast delivery and the flowers are lovely

Just wonderful. The flowers were for my sister in law and they arrived exactly when you informed me they would. She sent me a photo and they looked wonderful Would definitely recommend this service. Very reasonable price as well and Sunday morning delivery.
After placing a last minute order and paying for next day delivery, 6 Dead flowers were delivered with the petals very visibly hanging off.

I ordered a 'Cross' for the funeral of my mother in law and, although it arrived in time (on the morning of the funeral), it was very small (more suited for a child) and the roses were not completely fresh. I had ordered them on the Thursday prior to the Monday funeral, and I'm wondering if they were made too early? I had previously sent flowers from Serenata to my cousins who were delighted with them and said they were absolutely beautiful. The Cross cost £69 and I paid £9.99 to deliver before 10:30 am, and I felt that this was not good value.
Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, they arrived 1 day late, so defeated the point of sending flowers to let a person know you are thinking of them on their birthday. Wouldnt use again.

Sent a gift basket from Seattle to London all online and was extremely pleased with everything! The basket was beautiful and was delivered on Sunday which was my Great Aunt's 95th birthday with no hitches. I will definitely use Serenta Flowers again and highly recommend them to anyone!
Flowers were received on time but several were wilted and a few were brown. Despite following care instructions, the next day which was the day of the funeral more had wilted and others had died. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The process was very good, but the flowers are not holding up and the balloon popped almost immediately.
