Flowers arrived on day requested. However I believe they were frozen and then unfrozen as had them 1 day and already dieing. Shame as fresh flowers would of been better on valentines
The flowers were lovely and arrived at a good time. The presentation was a little basic compared to other florists which prevents 5 stars.

All went well and quality of flowers are good but a bit on the mean side for the money paid. Generally the quantity of blooms is very good, but not this time for the money
Paid extra for 20 red roses and the fowers were basically dead when they arrived, not happy, wont buy from here again. You get what you pay for
Once again excellent / beautiful flowers from Serenata flowers. These were for my sisters birthday and she was absolutely delighted with them. The flowers were a gorgeous shade of blue. Kept up to date with delivery. I have never had a problem with this company and would defiantly recommended.
Flowers looked nothing like website image. I even paid the extra £5 to boost the bouquet from regular size (so spent £30 in total), but what arrived was very disappointing. I feel I couldve spent £10 in Sainsburys and have got the same size and quality bouquet. Will not be using them again.

Ordered these as a birthday gift for my mum. Flowers arrived wilting and brown, they were pathetic. Not worth the money I paid whats so ever, have ordered from other sites before and paid less for a bunch of flowers 100 times nicer than these. I was putting off a bad review, I gave the company a chance to change my mind and emailed them my feedback. Not a single response from them. Not happy at all with the service provided and would definitely NOT reccomend
Ordered some sympathy flowers on a Sunday, having just learned that a friend had sadly lost her father that day.
The flowers were delivered the next day and friend contacted me to say they were beautiful.
Local florists wanted double their costs as it was nearly valentines day but your price didn't change. The person I sent them to was really pleased and from the photo I was sent so was I. I would certainly use you again. Thanks

Also the price was expensive for poor economy grade roses.
In fairness the card was correct and they were delivered on time.

I ordered some Blue Dendrobiums for my fiancé for Valentine's day. They arrived promptly, and although no damage to the packing box, a few of the petals were a bit battered, I suspect due to the fact there was nothing to prevent the bouquet from sliding around in the spacious box. Each stem had a vile of water attached so the flowers were well nourished during transit. However, the flowers, which were stunning, were disappointingly wrapped. Clear cellophane, which is great, but then nothing other than a miniscule pale pink ribbon bow as big as my thumb nail stuck on the front! Frankly, it looked naff! A good sized, elegant, floral trim around the stem would have set the flowers off beautifull. To me, the bouquet looked unfinished which is a real shame. More attention to detail required! Someone needs to get their creative juices flowing!

Flowers never arrived, tried to contact the company with no response. Absolutely devastated to miss my mums birthday. Pitiful and distraught.
Flowers arrived damaged, not packaged well and obviously chucked around one rose lost its head. Made a mistake thought I was buying local, these were posted. Won't do it again. My wife didn't get the leveling valentines flowers she was expecting
I ordered flowers online, I used the drop down address bar to find the address, but it appears of the addresses shown, non were for the chapel. The addresses bar directed the flowers to the administration office I understand. I was not familiar with the post address of the chapel and crematorium. So I never saw the flowers, and the service was well past and finished if the flowers ever arrived.
