Very poor quality - flowers arrived browning and looked like dying off. Complained to customer service and very poor response - said to expect a rugged look and that I should just remove the outer dead brown petals! Very poor, will never use again

I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered 3 dozen roses, all together was the size of a cheap bunch from a supermarket. I had to go out on Valentines Day and buy more flowers to bulk up this bunch of daisies! Paid over the odds for a load of s***!

Delivered at a reasonable time considering it was valentines day very pleased overall would consider using again

Ordered flowers for my wife for Valtentines Day which did not arrive despite guaranteed delivery at time of order. First was told they had been delivered (they hadnt) and then that delivery would be on 19th Feb. Order promptly cancelled and refunded but will not be buying again under any circumstances.

I sent my girlfriend a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's day did not order them till 03:30 in the morning of Valentine's day and they were delivered in the afternoon less than 12 hours later she was so impress with the bouquet of flowers I had chosen.
I have used this service twice now and on both a cations the bouquet of flowers have been fantastic would recommend this company for their service they have done for me 100%

They are useless. Automated on line service so cant talk to them. Got email replies basically saying if you dont like it tough. Damaged goods on Valentines Day and they refused a refund or to deliver another. I have had to get my bank to sort this out with them. DO NOT USE THEM!

Will be back again! Another fantastic bunch delivered right on time as promised. Third order i've made and serenata always provides excellent service and flowers!

I paid £54 for 12 red roses (including delivery) for my wife for Valentine's day. They arrived on time, but look as if they are already a week old. Not impressed, worst I have ever bought and would never use them again.

Ordered valentines flowers for the 14th. They tried to delive the flowers at 4.51 AM. In the morning! Then told me they would not go back a a reasonable time. What an absolutely pathetic excuse for a company with very very poor customer service. Do not use this company unless you wish to be

Everything was over and above what I had expected - the flower bouquet was fresh and full and delivery was on time and as promised. Even the delivery confirmation message had a personalised feel to it which rounded of the experience for me. Thanks and will definitely be using your services in the future.

I hastily ordered some flowers for my wife for our anniversary while away on business and Serenata did not disappoint! They delivered same day, the flowers were beautiful and most importantly my wife was very happy. Thanks!

The company is a Fraud i was fully charged and pay for a service tha never delivered ON THE DAY I ASKED FOR- No reply from the company from a physical person no refund and they not even based in UK, i dont know even under what standards that company exists in UK - i will report them to Advertising Standards Authority for SCAM - plus most of their reviews is completely fake easy to say that.

Worst place to shop please dont use them I bought 100 roses For 150 pounds. They were dead old or mushy
I will never use them ever again please use local florist Its not the money its the disappointment on Valentines Day

The order process was easy, the look of the Flowers were in line with expectations, price was a little high but ok.

However, although my wife appreciated receiving flowers for Valentines Day she mentioned that 2 of the rose heads were already detached on delivery. Not happy with this level of service and would not order again.

Great flowers good price and very happy and would recommend to everyone and will order flowers in the future

Ordered after 4pm on the Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday afternoon. With a smile will sure be using Serenata flowers from now on high-quality and the Teddy is so soft for a newborn.
