The web page was easy to use and delivery was prompt, this part of service was excellent.the flowers themselves were very disappointing very small, and not very impressive for what I would consider to be a lot of money
Flowers arrived in the afternoon for Valentine's day. Some of the blooms and leaves were wilted and brown. Not good! I will NOT use Serenata again.
12 roses arrived well packaged and what a fabulous little card to tell you how to look after your roses. Going by other reviews I'm not sure they all read this card. My partners roses were beautiful and still are.

My Fiancée loved the flowers. I thought the delivery emails really quite charming and witty. It was a bit of a shame that the flowers came in a cardboard box and didn't have the presentation bag around them. This was inside the box though. Over-all a really good experience and will likely order again.

The roses arrived half dead, what a lovely way to tell your wife you love them! Nothing has been done about this, i dont even want the money back. Some new FRESH plants would be great!
Flowers no more than average
Spoilt by the YODEL delivery driver who knocked the door, left the package on the door step in the rain and left within 10 seconds, could not be bothered to get a signature.
Better to go to the florist as you will not have to deal with YODEL
The flowers arrived late and nearly dead, absolute waste of money. In future I will always support my local florist.
Wrong flowers, wrong amount. No refund. Dont use go for someone who actually cares as opposed to saying we have the right to change the product at our discretion.
The flowers came in a box and just didnt look at all aesthetically pleasing, my girlfriend said they were lovely but I really failed to see the attraction, just looked cheap and thrown together. Will not be buying from here again. It was Valentines Day so maybe they were just rushed. Still the service that was provided was very poor.
Flowers were great but card was shocking and had printer lines all over it, needless to say I was in the doghouse and Valentines was ruined and all they did was refund the £2.99 that was paid the card. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST!
Ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Valentine's Day, it was delivered as promised to a neighbour as arranged. Wonderful bouquet and card. First class service. Look forward to using this company again.
If Valentines Day flowers are ordered and theres a problem, somebody should let you know on the day. They simply didnt turn up - but initially the firm insisted they had been delivered - and then only after being chased - before agreeing they hadnt. Lets see if the refund turns up! They cant confirm a date. No surprise there. Shocking. Avoid.
Everything the description said was accurate. The delivery was on time and would shop with you in the future.

Ordered Flowers for Valentine day delivery - they arrived in the afternoon of the following day - how romantic is that?
Still awaiting one of my orders to be delivered, received delivery confirmation emails but the recipient never received them. Not only that as it was Valentine's day when it was initially meant to be delivered there were several deliveries (none of which was mine) but the packaging was awful and would make it impossible to identify if the delivery was ever mine. Then to further annoyance the feedback functionality is atrocious, every response had to go through a form filling process and there is no person to actually talk to, digitally or otherwise.
STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY and yet they had the audacity to ask for my feedback (which I appreciate it automated but still...)
I was slightly disappointed with the bouquet received. I ordered a small bouquet for my young daughter for Valentine's as a treat. When they arrived they only had 1 of the pictured flowers in the bouquet. There were no roses or thistle that had been pictured. Luckily my daughter was happy as she had received flowers. But I won't be using them again I will revert to my previous firm
Delivered within the hour they stated on email, Flowers were in healthy condition, they arrived more or less in the same condition as the image on the website. The wife was very happy :). . Overall no complaints, good service, good product.!
