I live in the States and I was able to easily order flowers and gifts to be delivered to my girlfriend in Coventry. The order was slightly pricey but worth it for surprising my girlfriend with beautiful flowers and other gifts. 5/5
I had not used this company before but needed to send 4 x Bouquets as a Thank You to different friends & family.
I ordered them mid-evening on a Saturday and they were all delivered by midday on the Sunday. All flowers were received in a lovely condition and I would certainly use Serenata Flowers again. Well Done on an excellent and competitively priced service!
I was very fortunate to se sent a beautiful bunch of flowers from my best friend when i was recently unwell. I loved the care instructions went with them. So impressed when i needed to send flowers i chose serenata flowers rather than interflora or M&S. Great to get update texts
Have used Serenata a few times they deliver when they say they will, inform you that they have done so and receivers have always said flowers are lovely. Cannot fault their service and value, will continue to use them when sending flowers.

Order bouquet of flowers & glass vase for delivery to my Aunt in Scarborough on her 90th birthday. Had a message from Serenata to say that the parcel had been delivered. Rang my aunt to find she had not received them. Contacted Seranata who said they had been left in an outbuilding and card posted through the letterbox. The outbuilding at the property was locked and no card put through the letterbox. Contacted Serenata again and they said that they had been left at the back of the property. Again, checked - no flowers. To cut a long story short had lots of communication with Serenata and they eventually delivered my order one week after my aunt's 90th. Although they communicated regularly with me there has been no explanation of why the flowers were not received and no offer of compensation.
I would not use them again.

I brought these for my husband for his Birthday and they arrived on time. But on opening the box the Bird of Paradise had started to go brown also the big orange/red flower tips turning brown, the red flower is still ok but this is only day 3. So they are not worth buying, would not buy them again and maybe next time I need flowers will try somewhere else as this was £27 wasted
The flowers were amazing the card looked like the ink in the printer had ran out and the text in the card was really small

Sent a birthday hamper to a dear friend, and she absolutely loved it! She said it was just beautiful! She said the bath items, chocolates, and sweets were just lovely and delicious. Anyone thinking of ordering flowers from this company, don't do it.
I didnt look into them enough and as a result got ripped off. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my work for a colleagues birthday. Although they were delivered on time as I had paid for a pre 12pm delivery this is where the positives end.
The flowers were a small bunch even though I had ordered the largest at over £30, the flowers were squashed together, had snapped off the stems and already wilting. When I contacted the customer services through the website I was told that there was nothing wrong with the quality and they had supplied exactly what was detailed on the website, expect for the fact the website does not inform you of the quantity of flowers you will receive, basically insinuating that I was a liar even though I had provided pictures. The customer service advisor are rude and the flowers are over priced for what you get and poor quality. I wont be ordering from this site again!

The vase was smashed and the flowers were not in good condition. Not at all happy with the condition of this order.
