Whilst I had no problems with the ease of use of the website and the delivery my mother was dissappointed with the flowers and noted that half the flowers were dead or dying, she ended up picking out the best and was left with half a bunch.

Compared to other flowers I ordered for my own mother these were very underwhelming and late. Would not recommend as kids were in bed when they arrived really late.

I know the flowers arrive in bud form but when they are open there is no way they will look like the picture on the internet for which I was lead into a false pretence when ordering these flowers
These are the worst flowers I have ever ordered on the internet, I suppose that is what happens when you decide to give another company a go

Flowers ordered but not delivered. No communication when I contacted them twice. Do not use terrible company.

Arrived on Mother's day as ordered. Mother not in... but left out of sight. Found on return and mum very happy with them. I have used serenata before and I'll use again. Thank you.

Free Sunday delivery was great, I could track the order to the delivery address and the recipient was over the moon. Will definitely use again!

Cons: For £30 you would expect a lot more flowers - nothing like the quantity in the description / image. The flowers that were included were in shocking condition and an embarrassment on Mother's Day. Unless a partial refund is issued, I will never use again!

Unusual blue orchids and balloon delivered as promised. My mum was really happy with them for mothers day.

The delivery driver turned up to my grandmothers address... only to say that he didnt have her flowers on the van but told her not to worry as the other driver would have them along shortly and they were guaranteed to arrive before 8pm. Its now the next day and still no flowers. What a way to ruin someones mothers day!

Hi i dont no where my mothers flowers are still havent recived them who do i speak to about this as i told my mum yesterday

Good communicaton by email about delivery, however, I received an email to say unsuccessful delivery then my mum txted to say Thankyou and it turns out they were just left outside her front door! No balloon as I had ordered either! Wont be using serenta again

Last minute order, but Seranata delivered 10.00 am Sunday morning. Extrodinary service, great team. Well done... great flowers by the way, exceeded our expectations and even better than photographs

Mother's day flowers - delivered to the house next door, and weren't what I was expecting going from the picture on the website. As other people have said I understand that the buds for lillies are closed, but it just looked a lot less impressive and there were just a lot less flowers than I expected.

Lovely, efficient service and flowers delivered perfectly on Mother's Day.

Flowers are slightly limp, nothing of note. Almost looked super old fashioned too.

Having said that, I'm likely to use again for last minute arrangements.

Considering how much these cost, I think I would have got much better value purchasing from a supermarket! Very few flowers in bunch and most already looked a little past their best. Very disappointing :(
