Ordered flowers and a balloon for Mother's Day. They got delivered without the ballon can't trust you again for another service! Would like a refund of my money.
I ordered my Mother's Day bouquet on Saturday evening and it was delivered the next day and looked beautiful. Thank you Serenata Flowers.
They arrived on Mother's Day and my mum loved them. The flowers were in good condition and looked healthy. So pretty!
I ordered Mother's Day flowers at 7.40pm on a Saturday for next day delivery and they arrived on Sunday as promised before 10am. Excellent service.
Normally very good. On this occasion sadly disappointed. My sister got her flowers and chocolates on Saturday afternoon for her mother's Day. My mother however who lives at same address did not get her mother's Day flowers. What happened Serenata? Still no refund or flowers.
Good quality flowers. Delivered in the morning. Not all flowers bloomed, so should put on a good show for longer.

Sent flowers for Mothering Sunday (ordered the day before). Mum called to say they were beautiful. Very reasonably priced, too.
Took a phone call from my mother on Mother's Day to advise the flowers I'd sent were damaged with leaves/petals falling off. Have made a complaint - very disappointed to see that a photo needs to be submitted - she's in her 80's living on her own 250+ miles from where I live and does not have a camera so this isn't possible. Awaiting complaint outcome but a dreadful experience so far. UPDATE: No email acknowledgment of complaint, shocking after-saes service, online only so can't talk to anyone. Never again - worst ever.

Searching at the 11th hour for next day delivery (Mother's Day) I was relieved to find that service could oblige. My mother says the flowers are stunning.
Would not use again, flowers came with damage and browned leaves and you get very little for your money. There are better services out there.

Tiny bunch of flowers I could have purchased for £5 from a supermarket rather than the £30 I spent! Contained 3 roses, all of which were dying.
Very disappointing. The sales pitch is these will come in bud form. In reality the flowers were open with most having lost a significant amount of their petals. Very poor quality and should have gone to a florist.
The overall service was good and I would certainly order from here again. However, the bouquet I ordered had two types of flowers as a nice contrast. When they were delivered, only one type of flower had been used. I understand at busy times that flowers can run out, but it would have been nice to know this had happened so that I was aware why the bouquet wasn't as ordered.
Ordered last minute for mothers day delivery and flowers arrived in excellent condition and really vibrant. Communication on delivery was excellent and within minutes of arrival.

Charged way more than they should have. Refused to amend or edit the order even after i had only placed it less than 2 minutes ago. Horrendous customer service. No one will give you a clear or straight answer or actually try to resolve the issue. They kept giving a pre-written excuse as to why they are unable to do anything to resolve the issue with my order. I contacted them immediately after placing the order when i realised that there was an issue with the order and apparently, according to them in that space of 1 minute they had assigned the order and already processed it and it was on its way at 8pm when i placed the order... therefore they refuse to amend or refund it. This is basically a scam! As good as fraud!. What a load of time wasters! Seriously, do not bother trying to order from them, just don't. I will forever avoid them and warn everyone. All they care about is taking your money, refuse to help or give you value for money either. So save your time and go to any other website because this one is as good as a scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
The only place in the UK that I could find to deliver flowers on Mother's Day. A lot said they could - even 'reliable' folks like Tesco and M&S, as well as Interflora and the like - but when you got to check out (after giving all your marketing details and wasting time at checkout!)... the date was greyed out.
These guys said they could - AND - the actually could - AND - they did! Thanks!
Not only that, but the price was more than fair, and the flowers were BETTER than I expected (you know they never look like the photo right? - these actually looked better.)
I got an email telling me they would be there and then another telling me they were delivered.
Overall - AWESOME service and EXCELLENT product.
I am VERY HAPPY!
