Ordered one day and received the next on mothers day which was also on a Sunday. I will certainly use this firm again.
Horrendous bunch of flowers. All dead/ broken / withered. Tiny bunch for the money paid, massively overpriced. Delivered late as well. Never again. Massive disappointment and in the dog house on mothers day as a result
Excellent service from start to finish, at a good price. Regular email updates on order status. Flowers arrived in good condition and well presented.
I couldn't fault the flowers at all, there were absolutely beautiful & the balloon gave them that extra touch, they where exactly like the picture & my mum absolutely adored them, especially the colouring etc. Very well packaged aswell. The only disappointment was that I asked for them to knock as I was at home but the person delivering them never did & they where just left on the doorstep, bearing in my mind that there was no car on the drive as my mum & dad had gone to see there mums so there was nothing covering them & they could have been picked up by anyone so I wasn't happy about that as you can imagine the disappointment if someone else had my mums flowers on Mothers Day that I had paid for so please make sure that the person delivering the flowers actually reads the instructions properly instead of just leaving them on someone's doorstep when I clearly stated for them to knock but overall thank you for the beautiful flowers & the quick service.
Flowers for my Mum looked NOTHING like the picture. There were more leafy green stems than flower stems. Poorly executed arrangement. Wont be using this service again.
Ordered flowers for Mothers day - Some flower heads in bottom off box and others half dead. Most disappointing for my mum to receive. There should be a way of getting a refund for these.
Great email updates and also a more exact timeslot for delivery on the day. Quality of the flowers were good- definitely would use them again
Flowers were not delivered to the correct address. I got sent a photo of the front door they had been delivered to.On mothers day my Mum had to go and search for her flowers. After 20 minutes She eventually found the front door outside some flats and then had to ring all 4 door bells to be let in to find the flowers that had been taken jnto the hall way of the flats. Terrible service by the courier. The flowers themselves looked lovely although not as pictured on the website about half the number of flowers. At 39.99 not good value. Would never use again.
I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my mother for Mother's Day, but to be delivered the day before as she would be out on the Sunday.
The flowers were delivered on time and with regular updates to me. My mother called when she received them to say how lovely they were and that she appreciated them very much

The flowers were really nice and the recipient really liked them. However upon delivery, the delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the bell and just left the box outside the door without notifying anyone that the box was there and that the flowers had been delivered.
The flowers I bought for my mother for mothers day were left outside in the rain by the courier who didnt knock.
The box and flowers were destroyed. Upon contacting senerenata I was told that I didnt have a valid complaint and the photos supplied were not good enough (I cant attach them). All I wanted was to speak to somebody it all had to go through email.
I received no refund and no apology for the services. The customer service people are wholely unprofessional and patronising. All I wanted was some flowers for my mother and I didnt get that.
Pros: free next day delivery, flowers arrived in the morning and were delivered to the door
Cons: closed buds (not unexpected but visually not as great as hoped) and a couple of dead flowers but the majority were perfect.
Quite surprised to read so many bad reviews but my experience with them was very good, a nice sized bunch of flowers delivered next day at no charge. Overall I was happy and would use again.
Suberb service at a great price. I was let down by another online company so I ordered from serenata flowers hoping I could still get delivery the next day. Free next day delivery and tracking with dpd. Couldnt be happier will defiantly use again. Thanks guys.

Ordered white flowers for specific reason but recieved yellow. When I contacted serenata they needed a picture unfortunately the flowers were sent to my elderly mother who lives some distance from me. She does not use a computer nor able to send pictures via a phone. The company stated the picture had to be sent via a computer or tablet as would not be accepted via a phone. Serenata were no help and no apology for the error was given. I will not use the serenata again.
Ordered the plant for Mother's Day. She was very happy with it. Arrived on the day requested and had up to date tracking info.
Flowers were lovely and on time although the picture showed all yellow flowers but when they were delivered they were mainly orange. I ordered them because they were all yellow

Not impressed, £25 for a tiny tiny bunch of flowers that werent fresh, could have bought a £10 bunch from the supermarket that would have been fresher and more value for money. My Mum appreciated them anyway but not happy
