It was great for me to find a website that didn't just deliver flowers locally - I live in Kent and wanted to give my Mum, who lives in Suffolk, flowers for Mother's Day so this was perfect. The price of the flowers was reasonable, and was reduced when I went to order then which was a nice plus. From what I hear they arrived safely and look lovely. I will use the service again in the future.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother for Mothers Day on the Saturday before. I was very upset and disappointed when I received an email to say they had been sent to the wrong depot so the delivery had failed. I emailed the customer services and got a response very quickly. It was very apologetic and reassured me that the delivery would happen on the Sunday at no extra cost to me. My mum was over joyed to get her flowers delivered at 9.20am on Mothers Day. I was so pleased that the problem was sorted so quickly and efficiently. And the flowers were beautiful! Thank you!
Firstly, I never got a text or email that it had been delivered. Next, the prices... the one I chose was discounted to £44 pounds from £49 and the next day the same ones were prices £29 from £39 what a rip off with the changing prices! Flowers looked sad and were mostly in buds and tbh they looked like they travelled far in horrid conditions... i spent alot of money on it. I will not use again unless I need a sunday service

I ordered a lovely bunch of flowers for my mum on mothers day and they looked nothing like the ones I picked online. I would not use these ever again. I was so embarrassed when I saw them. I wouldn't even call it a bunch of flowers. I think there was about 2 decent flowers the rest was just stems.
Left at my mum's front door even though instructions to leave them with a neighbour, also my mum said brown dead leaves on flowers which didn't look too fresh, I have had flowers off this company before and have never had a complaint, maybe they just couldn't handle the volume on mother's day
Flowers were Okay - not quite what was pictured.
However the worst thing was that one bouquet was left in a box at the front door! My Mum was out and came home to find them sat there where anyone could've taken them. I also didn't receive a delivery confirmation via text for either of the 2 bouquets I bought.
For me ordering first time for my Mother on Mother's Day it went well. She received the flowers around lunch time and said they looked lovely. I'm aware of some unhappy customers so hopefully, SerenataFlowers will try to improve where things have gone wrong but they do deserve good feedback for when things have gone right!
Ordered mothers day bouquet. Service was fine however the flowers look nothing like the photo, not very many and some were dead! Could have got nicer ones from supermarket for the money!
I found ordering the flowers easy, the website was well designed, there was lots of choice for all ranges of pocket and taste.The tracking and emails advising you of where the flowers were was very useful and both bouquet arrived on Mother's Day in excellent condition. Both mums were delighted with them, said they were beautiful and lovely and fresh, an excellent service.
Such an easy process which keeps you up to date with where your delivery is. Flowers are fresh and beautiful. Good value for money. Service is outstanding
Fantastic, I ordered flowers with chocolates and a balloon for mothers day, my mum was very happy when she recived the gifts which were delivered on time as scheduled and she said they were beutiful flowers! Great service and will order from here again in the future!
