Great service. Cheap and very welcomed by my mother.

The service was easy, quick and very effective. My only slight gripe is that they stated they would inform me upon delivery but didnt, but considering it was mothers day they must of been overwhelmed.

I would still recommend this company to everyone

I sent my Mum some flowers for Mother's Day, and they were lovely.

The slight frustration I personally had was that the confirmation email said they were "delivered to" the address, but I couldn't tell if my Mum had actually received them, or if they had been left on the doorstep in her absence, as per my instructions.

Second time IV ordered for Mother's Day, great value and great delivery, will definitely use again in the future

Sent flowers as a birthday present, ordered on Friday afternoon delivered before 12 on Saturday. Superb service would definately recommend

I ordered flowers at 8pm on Saturday night as I'd forgotten it was Mothering Sunday the following day. No other florist could do it. They delivered some beautiful flowers the following day. Amazing service, considering the order was placed at such short notice. Great flowers and excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I've used Seranata twice in the past couple of months. Their site is easy to navigate, they have excellent, prompt delivery service, and their prices are really good.

Second time I've used Serenata - the administration side of things is certainly very good and I had no problems, including getting a discount as a repeat customer and amending the delivery date when I realised Mothers Day was a week earlier than usual... I haven't actually seen the flowers on either occasion so can't really comment on that side of things.

Ordered flowers the day before mothers day in a panic as i thought I had already done an order through somebody else.
I found serenata flowers online as my mum lives in Cornwall and they were the only florist I found which could deliver next day.
Highly recommend them and they were cheaper than the big named florists.
Give them a go .

Not many firms deliver on Sundays, and what's more there was no extra charge. Flowers arrived in the morning which was perfect. I was very impressed with the quality as well. So, from now on, it's goodbye Interflora and Hello Serenata Flowers! A wonderful service.

Have used Serenata several times, having been let down by another service. These were for Mother's Day, were quality flowers, well packaged (but not too difficult to open for someone in their 90s) and arrived around midday on the day requested, with notification sent to me. Would use again.

I was very disappointed by this service - after having ordered the largest bouquet of flowers they turned up in a damaged cardboard box and had about three stems of flowers - looked like a pathetic bunch picked up from the local garage.
