I ordered the Amazonia bouquet from Australia for my mum who lives in the UK and she was delighted with them! They arrived at 9am on Mothers Day and were perfect
Didn't deliver on Mother's Day then refused to refund saying the weather was too bad to deliver. The weather in Southern France was 15 degrees, bright blue skies and 6km/h winds. They are a SHAMEFUL COMPANY.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum for Mothers' Day. I knew it would be busy that weekend so I asked for delivery on the Friday, giving the instruction to leave the bouquet at the rear if no-one was at home. The flowers were lovely and they delivered them on the chosen date but no-one was at home. Instead of leaving at the rear door (where my Mum and Dad go in and out of the house) they just left them outside the hardly-ever-used front door without even a note through the letter box to say they were there. The flowers were not discovered until 2 days later...

Ordered a really good looking bunch of lilies and roses for Mothers Day for my mum, courier just left the box of flowers outside without ringing the bell. Flowers delivered were fine apart from a few petals on the roses which were slightly brown and withering. Not sure I would use again

I paid extra for a deluxe bouquet which arrived squashed in a box, I frequently use other florists and flower delivery websites and in comparison the amount of flowers for the price was a lot less in my opinion. I paid extra for the deluxe because you got more lillies in there, only to find the lillies were cut so short that the majority actual flowers and buds were in amongst the bottom stems of the bouquet, essentially so short that we had to remove them all to put the bunch in a vase. Not to mention a LOT of them were snapped off and damaged because of this. It was beyond ridiculous that anyone with any experience of floristry would put flowers in a bouquet like that. Totally unusable, Waste of money and really unhappy with the quality. Not exactly the Mothers Day present I expected.

I have been using Serenata for years and have only had one bad bunch delivered and after contacting them they offered a refund or a replacement. I got a replacement and those flowers were lovely. This time I had to order mothers day flowers very last minute (36 minutes to go for delivery next day) as I my order from Delightful Bouquets has still not arrived, 3 days later. Mums Serenata flowers were delivered on time and they were as described and we are both very happy.
Particularly appreciated the email telling me the gift had been delivered; mother very happy with quality of the flowers. Would use again.
I ordered two bunches for both my mum and mother-on-law for Mothers Day. Three of the 5 roses in the Bela bouquet were brown around the edges and looked horrible. I can't comment on my mum-in-laws as I haven't seen them. I was impressed that I was notified of dispatch and delivery by email however, all recipients were in at the time of delivery but did not hear a knock on the door/doorbell. My Dad saw him leave and go, no knocking and waiting for a response. I expect the courier was busy but my in laws flowers ended up being left out in the rain all afternoon and evening and the box had gone completely soggy. I sent an email 24 hrs ago and haven't yet had a reply. Not impressed.
This is the second time I have use this website. And will continue to use. Even the flowers my sister had delivered she is going to use them now. Thank you everyone at serenataflowers..
