Flowers not delivered.
Sending someone flowers is supposed to be a pleasurable experience.
I am very upset that the recipetent did not receive their flowers and we are still waiting for contact from the company. Absolute joke. Will never use again. Ever ever ever.
And if i were you and steer clear.

I was late to realise Mothers Day in the UK and was saved by beautiful bunch of flowers delivered promptly the next day. This was all done being in the USA. Updates about the process from order to delivery was communicated very well. Most of all my Mum loved the surprise and has been enjoying them immensely. Thank you! I will definitely have you as my go to.

Great, the only place that would deliver an order placed late Sat pm for Mother's Day the next day - a Sunday - to a rural address. My Mum was delighted.

The flowers arrived on time and look lovely. My only comment is that there was no flower food delivered with them as there usually is.

Ordered only a couple of days before mother's day and was struck by the great selection of unusual flowers. They arrived on time and my mum was thrilled.

Flowers were exactly as described, tracking worked well, and delivery was speedy. Will buy again!...

Ordered mother day flowers personalised card and chocolates 4pm on Friday, they were delivered mid afternoon on Saturday, beautifully fresh and in tip top condition.
The price was over £15 cheaper than the leading competitor's and they were only offering flowers and a card.
Will absolutely be using again

Nice simple service, they were able to deliver flowers for mothers day when i ordered just the day before. Only thing that would have been nice is if they didn't just leave them outside the front door especially when my mum was at home, the could have knocked, rang the bell, waited etc when I'd written "be patient" other than that flowers were in good shape and had little vials of water which was nice.

Arrived on time and looked good in box.
Followed instruction to but them in vase (option taken with flowers), 24hrs later they were wilting badly!. Very disappointing and not to what I was expecting for the money paid. My one and only purchase from this site, unfortunately.

Just make sure its not a special occasion as what you order isnt what u get very disappointing u would get better flowers out the petrol st at a fraction of the cost I will never use this company again

Two deliveries on one day, Sunday for mothers day - saved the day with a last minute order! Highly recommendable.

The flowers looked dead and no colour to them at all didnt come in very nice packaging, not happy next time I will go to local floristry!

Living in New Zealand and not having organised mothers day flowers for Mum in the UK until last minute, I was so happy that Serenata would still deliver for mothers day when booked only on the Friday night! They arrived when they said they would and they looked beautiful from the pics I saw from Mum. Great service all round. Thanks!

Flowers came in a box and looked horrible. I would rather have gone to a local Grocery and purchased flowers. They were overpriced and were not well presented. I was disappointed. If I knew they were going to be like this wouldn't have bothered, especially for the price. Never again.

While I didn't find the site particularly friendly to use, the selection and pricing was excellent and my Mother's Day order arrived before 9am to my mum who lives in the middle of nowhere! Very impressed.

Have used a few times now and very pleased with the flowers, the service and the delivery. My go to reliable florist.
