What a shame, flowers delivered for mothers day and the majority dead by Monday! Looked beautiful when delivered on the saturday, only because all the buds were open. By the following day all gerberas were wilting, and by Monday all daisies in the bunch were dead. Total disappointment. A cheap bunch bought from Tescos on the same day still going strong! I won't be using serenata flowers again. Very expensive for flowers well past their best.
Firstly I was very relieved that I found someone who could deliver on mothers day when I only ordered them the day before. Really good communication and service. However when I saw the flowers a couple of days later I was disappointed with the amount of blooms and the overall appearance. Maybe judging a florist on one experience on what must be the busiest weekend of the year is a bit harsh though.
Amazing work. Ordered the evening before and arrived by 10:30am. Just what one needs looking for a last minutes gift for mother day

Whilst I was very impressed with how easy it was and impressed that you were able to deliver on Mother's Day with short notice, I was underwhelmed when I saw the flowers myself and how little of a bouquet there was.

I ordered tulips for my friend and unfortunately not very fresh flowers were delivered which means they wouldn't last long also the vase was broken...
The bunch I ordered looked nothing like the pics on the website. Less than half the flowers shown and mostly filler leaves. Disappointing and will never order from these jokers again. Delivery turn around was quick and on time. So... disappointment was punctual?
These were for mothersday! Mum mum was dissapointed witth he roses -
'The roses were beautifully presented... but,... and I hesitate to tell you this, they seemed to have been damaged by the cold.The edges of their outer petals were slightly blackened and curled. Such a pity. I wonder if they were left out overnight somewhere.'
We wont use Serenata Flowers again, if they could have just replaced the roses, it would have been something.
The Azalea bush was in full bloom, packaged very well and arrived promptly, putting a smile on my Mum's face for mother's day. Thanks Serenata:-)
Purchased Amazonia flowers as they looked more interesting than usual products.
Very disappointed with product, stems were going brown and all flowers were looking "Jaded" and had black marks as if they had been cut too long
I ordered flowers for my Mum for Mother's Day. They arrived poorly packed in a box with at least three stems so badly damaged they were missing all flowers/buds and the greenery looked as though it had been trodden on. What was left looked a bit pathetic in the vase on its own. She wanted to love them but they looked cheap and somewhat depressing for a Mother's Day gift. I won't be ordering again and I now understand the flurry of voucher codes doing the rounds.
Mother's day flowers... Very easy to order, free delivery. I've ordered flowers from here several times before. But this time the flowers were wilted, looked awful for the deluxe bouquet... I could have got a better and bigger bouquet from Lidl for a lot less money and fresher. Very disappointed.

Mum said she love the flowers, chocolates, balloon and card ( I'm taking her word for it as I didn't actually see everything) but I'm not happy with the delivery as mum stayed in all day only to fine the flowers outside her front door not knowing what time they turned up, the delivery person didn't even ring the door bell they just left them outside
Leaves rotten and smelly, roses brown.
Not a good present for Mothers Day. She had to throw them away upon receiving.

I have to leave a minimum of 100 characters? That's more work than I was anticipating.
Does anyone else get slightly put out by needy companies wanting constant reassurance about how wonderful they are? I expect good service as a bare minimum, it's what I pay my money... If the company is rubbish, that's where I want to leave my review, and it won't be a good one.

Left ordering Mother's day flowers until the last minute and ordered on Saturday Morning. They were delivered the next day on Mother's day with no delivery charge
