Good - Nice display of flowers, reasonably priced and delivered on time as requested.
Bad - Roses were starting to brown when they arrived so didn't look as fresh as expected.
The card was a full A5 size folded card - would have preferred a small A7 size business card on a stick with message on for a funeral.

Really pleased with the way l was kept informed about the flowers delivery status my friend said they were a beautiful surprise. Highly recommended company l always use Serenat Flowers for all occasions.

The flowers were bought for mothers day and have not lasted 5 days.
The flowers were a deluxe bunch that were packed too tight causing the stems to be bruised. Very disappointed.

I cannot recommend this seller highly enough, even when dealing with someone who got the address wrong and when I tried to retrieve my order and could not went out of their way to get the order to the correct address all I can say is if you are looking to buy flowers buy from this seller most certainly would not consider any other website and will definitely be buying all my flowers from Serenata Flowers.

My friend received the peace Lilly and teddy, she loves both and was delighted with the gifts I sent her.
Everything was so easy... choose which bouquet of flowers or plants you'd like to send add an extra gift and card, write a message, then arrange delivery, pay then they're delivered asap SO EASY to do and to make the recipients day.

They were a Mother's Day gift and I haven't actually seen the flowers but my mum loved them and was very pleased.

My mother didnt want to upset me but when I met her today for lunch she told me that the sunflowers in the bunch just dropped as soon as they came out of the box. She also said that there was far too much greenery and not enough flowers. Given the price an all round disappointment for me and my mother.

I have used Serenata very satisfactorily on several occasions but this time I have just received word from the home where my mother is a resident to say that the flowers received last Friday were very poor. I am extremely disappointed as owing to illness I was unable to visit my mother for Mother's day. I feel sure you would want to know about this. The home took photographs to see where I had ordered the flowers.

I have given a three star rating based on good feedback in the past. However, my mother-in-laws yellow rose bouquet for Mothering Sunday has been very very disappointing. The rose buds have not opened and the display is over already.

I got a photo of flowers and they looked week, not what i was expecting giving the flowers in the photos compared with the flower they receivable

Ordered flowers at 8pm and they were delivered the next day at 11.30am. Beautiful Bouquet. I will definitely be using Serenata Flowers in the future.
