I received flowers for mothers day from Serenata they were amazing
A week later I sent flowers to a friend who was likewise delighted with her bouquet will definatley recommend and use again
I bought a beautiful bouquet of tulips for my mum as a late mothers day gift. Free delivery, I was emailed when my mum received them and they were wonderfully wrapped so they were not squished at all! My mum said the vase they came in was nice too and one she would use again.
Will defiantly be using this company again!
The website is well laid out, it was very easy to use and delivery was extremely fast, ordered approx 4pm on the Friday and they were delivered by 11am next day.
Only downside is that one of the rose stems was broken but apart from that would use again. Michael
I ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend on Valentines Day, the delivery arrived early in the morning which meant her day started with a pleasant surprise. The packaging and quality of the roses was excellent and the flowers went on the blossom even further over the following 10-14 days. I would definitely recommend.
Delivery not received company would not offer refund or redeliver the flowers. Showed photo of illegible scribble on a delivery note without any identification on it re delivery number or recipient and photo of blurred box which could have been anywhere again label not readable. Very disappointed sick friend received nothing and I lost £35. Avoid like the plague

I ordered a bouquet for mothers day this year and not only were they not fresh, they were dried, willted and extremely disappointing.
I sent numerous photographs of these to the company, I requested a full refund and all I was offered was a 10% refund. Totally unacceptable.
I would certainly not recommend this company at all and I would strongly read the reviews and avoid them.
Flowers ordered in the morning and delivered before lunchtime the same day.
The flowers were greatly appreciated by my wife. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the price for the flowers, but it put a smile on my wives face (priceless).
I ordered two bouquets of flowers for standard delivery the same day to two different people. The first was just left on the doorstep at the front of the house, no attempt being made to leave with a neighbour but thankfully were okay when the recipient came back. The flowers were lovely. The second delivery was to my friend at work. They left the office just before 5.00 and the flowers were delivered after that time and again just left outside the front of the office for anyone to see. When my friend got to work Monday morning (delivered Friday), they were still there but in a very sorry state having had no water etc all weekend. I'd sent them to my friend and her mum as her dad had recently died to cheer them up a little but had the opposite effect in the end. There are a lot of small offices in that area and it wouldn't have surely been too much to ask for the courier to have left it at another office even. Serenata weren't very helpful and basically send 'standard' replies to my emails. I shan't be using them again I'm afraid. Unless you pay another £5 to say when you want them to be delivered, either morning of afternoon then buyer beware.

Ordered an exotic display for Mothers Day. Arrived as booked on the Saturday, dead by Monday. I took 2 photos and they agreed to send another identical bouquet. These arrived on the Thursday as booked, dying by Saturday.
Ordered some flowers for my daughters first mothers day. Okay they werent the most expensive bouquet but nevertheless they were very disappointing. Drooped very quickly and never really opened up. Such a shame.
Lovely flowers both mums delighted with mother's day flowers. Delivered on time as promised. Will be recommending to friends and family.
What can I say other than this was the perfect experience. 1st time I have used them and not the last one. From their website to the delivery all was easy. I can't fault them. Just perfect. Thank you :)

Website easy to use, don't believe I got the correct flowers but I accept that is dictated by the season. However the bouquet was left outside my 96 year old mothers apartment block at 7.00 and no attempt was made to ring her bell. Fortunately found by a neighbour before they deteriorated or had disappeared
These flowers were even better than expected. They were a 70th birthday present for a lady who loves tropical flowers and she was absolutely delighted with them. Got a little anxious when they didn't arrive until 7:30 p.m. but were well worth the wait. Many thanks for bringing the sunshine to dreary London, Pam

The flowers my mother received for Mother's Day came late and the quality was terrible you could have got a better bunch from a supermarket for £3.00
